Super rude when I called for a job. At first I was told I'd get a call back, but then no call back. Then I was told they only do new construction, not residential plumbing repairs. OK but then why not make that clear on your website? Woman basically hung up on me and disavowed the fact that they did the work on my home addition 5 years ago - which they did. Rude.
