Terrible! Liars! Trying to make a quick buck!

After calling Metro Sewer to come and run the pressure jetting through our drains they showed up quickly. The men were incredibly rude, refused to remove their shoes walking through our carpeted rooms (not the basement), and were too lazy to do the job they were called to do.

They decided not to use the pressure jetting on our pipes and only snake the drain- which we had just gotten done by another company two weeks previous (who, sadly did not have the ability to pressure jet our drain). They said that when they were called they ""were not told they only needed to use a snake"" yet when I questioned them further they said ""they weren't sure they could get the pressure jet down in the basement""- meaning they didn't want to bother. The only reason I didn't just kick these guys out of the house and debate the bill was they made me feel unsafe with my infant son- and I just wanted them gone.
