Initially, we focused solely on service work, which gradually evolved as our clients requested us to take on remodeling jobs, and that’s how we got to where we are today.
We believe in a straightforward motto: Listen attentively, plan thoroughly, and improve continuously.
I was raised in this industry and discovered my love for the technical challenges it presents.
I see no other path for myself.

Ana T.My husband hired Mike, of Metro Services KC, based on an estimate, for a $7,000. project, a month ago. So far we have received about $400. worth of materials, and 2 hours labor from Mike. Plus what he did do , is not even close to the proposed work on his bid. But, he conned my husband into paying 50% up front! He actually wanted 70% up front!!!
Since that 2 hours of actual work, he hasn't shown up to do any more work, refuses to answer phone calls and texts!
Our only recourse at this time, is to try to recoup the money he scammed from my husband, with legal actions. And write reviews to warn others about this guy!
Alex W.They were assigned as our contractor for plumbing job by First American home warranty. Arrived late, caused further damage, issue was a leaking shower head - they ended up trying to fix by tightening the valve eventually breaking it and causing leaking through our walls. They never responded to come back and fix the problem they caused. What they did ended up resulting in $2,000 of water damage, which we're still trying to get taken care of via their liability insurance. Stay away from this company!

The tile work was done by a different person while the plumbing was done by the owner but both under the company name Metro Services. The work by the owner was sub-par and has cost me an additional $3,954 to fix the plumbing and I will be without a shower for the weekend because of his poor craftsmanship.
