This company is great. I have used them for years and they have never let me down. I called them today on a Sunday afternoon because the toilets were backed up and having this happened before, I knew I needed to have the sewer line cleaned out. I was told I was number 5 on the list. By 8pm, they had not shown up so I figured I was going to have to call someone else. But, at 11 pm my doorbell was ringing and it was Terry from Metro Rooter. He said I was the last job for the day. He got the sewer line cleaned expertly in a few minutes and hopefully he went on his way home for the night. Everything is now working great!

If I could give this company a negative rating I would, but 1 star is the lowest option. I called this company out to fix my washer. Day #1 the plumber got is equipment stuck in the drain and had to leave it over night. Day #2 he got his equipment unstuck, but did not fix the drainage issue. THEN he demanded I pay him for the service call. So 2 days of "working" on the drainage issue the washer was still not fixed and I was bullied into paying for service that was not completed.
