We specialize in fixing your sewer and drain problems. When it comes to sewer and drain backups, there are three key steps: 1. Inspection using a cable (snake) and high-definition camera. 2. Hydro-Jetting (the most advanced method). 3. Either repair or replacement.

Dominic serves as the general manager and group leader at Metro-Rooter. Born into the plumbing world, he started working on job sites at the age of 13. He spent his after-school hours helping his grandfather, father, and uncles, who were plumbers running their own company. By 21, he became a master plumber and earned certifications in water and gas line installation, along with a water damage extraction license. Since 2002, Dom has been part of Metro-Rooter as a service technician, where his dedication and hard work became evident. Thanks to his great customer service, solid work ethic, and plumbing skills, he climbed the ranks at Metro-Rooter. He is now the General Manager and is on track to become the District Manager. Metro-Rooter is expanding; by summer 2019, we will have two new locations opening. The new east side branch will be situated in downtown Detroit, while the north side branch will be in Flint, Michigan.

STOP DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Read the reviews on google because my experience has happened to multiple people. They came to my house to unclog a pipe (which I now know was just filled with baby wipes from the previous owners of my house) and told me that it was tree roots in my underfloor. That I would have to have my basement floor tore up and the pipes replaced and it would be $10,000-15,000 to fix it and that it's okay because my home insurance will cover it. I paid them $295 to snake the drain which they did not actually do because they would have easily cleared the baby wipes. David Kolbasky and his partner are scammers. Do not use this company.
Mai W.I called on Sunday nite, Micheal pick up took my info and said there is diagnostic
/service fee of $39.95. He said the person doing the estimate will call between 10a-12p for the next day. I was waiting for the call but I never receive one by noon so called again. Michael said he would call me back since he needed to contact the plumber on his eta. A few minutes pass by then I get a call saying he is running late by 30 minutes. I rush home to get thing ready. Just to find out that it was later then expected and the plumber called saying on what street he was on. The van was not marked and Brandon politely introduce himself. I showed him where the rusted out sewage pipe is leaking from that need replacing. He wanted to see the upstairs bathroom and attic space to figure out an accurate estimate to give. I had to remove a couple stuff in the attic since he wanted to see and he offered to help.He wasn't able to see still because the paneling in the attic. Through out this Brandon was very talkative. 15 minutes to look over plumbing. Took about 45 min to get it written out since he gave three estimates and said he would give me a deal. All in all it was informative but the pipe I need replace was in a tight spot and he mention that they weren't responsible if something else gets damaged. I was like mmm. So I paid the diagnostic fee.
Metro did come to moms house, but his equipment could not handle the job. He does have a camera, and though advertising says $99 Michael said it was old, so charged $200. Did not provide a recording, says she needed to ask up front (Really?). At that price, shouldn't be a question on providing video. We now have to pay another company who does have the larger equipment to clear the line. Quoted between 6-12k to replace the line, says only way to fix. When the neighbor presented a receipt for $1860 he said the contractor must be on drugs- which I thought was rude and told him that was rude and uncalled for. Gave 1 star, did decent cleaning up, and gave us a $25 discount because used our supplies. Now to find the plumber that will actually be able to fix it. ?

Asaad S.I messaged them on yelp got a reply and a next day appointment within 20 minutes. Incredible customer service. When they came out and determined that my issue wouldn't require their services they gave me some advice and insisted I didn't owe them anything for coming out. If I ever need the services they provide in the future they'll be my first phone call. Highly recommend them.
