Mr. Padilla replaced my toilet and diagnosed my supply line issue that had flooded my bathroom before he came to help me. He had the necessary additional parts (that I was missing) in his truck and installed them. He operates with high integrity and with the customer's best interest in the forefront. The week after the big snowstorm, my sewer drain backed up! Luckily Tony was able to come out right away and quoted me a fair price. We just moved to San Antonio from Los Angeles. We were SO excited when our washer and dryer were delivered, but then so SAD when the washer had some type of backflow problem.

I had called Tony and he had a family issue that prevented me from calling back right away. But before the other vendor I had called could finally get to me, Tony came right out, fixed the issue and charged a very reasonable fee.

I call Metro Plumbing in May 1, 2019. I have a leak in the shower faucet, he replaced Moen Pressure-Balanced Shower. At night my son notices that hot water was coming out of the cold side of the tap and the leak was bigger that the first time. I call Mr. Toni the same night he did not call me back. The third day no replay I sent him a message that I will put a stop payment to the check. He was here in an hour. He said that a piece of rubber was causing the problem. The next day the faucet wasn't delivered water at its regular rate. Call him and he said that he will charge me a call fee. He work and his warranty are not good.

Once again Tony was quick to solve my problem. I work out of town 5 days a week and my water heater had started leaking from a 3/4" pipe below the expansion device. Water collected in the drain pan and the pilot went out. My wife would be at home without hot water because she is a teacher and can't be home during the day. I called Tony today and within 1 hour he was at my home and fixed the problem. I can't say enough great things not only about his service but also his professionalism. Thanks Tony. Tony is everything you want in a plumber - honest, reliable, trustworthy and he stands by his work. He's not looking to gouge you - he's a hard working second generation Master Plumber just taking care of business. I've had Tony work a couple of jobs at my old house and never been disappointed with the quality of the work or the professionalism of the person doing it. As long as he's in business, I'll be sticking with Tony as my go-to plumber. Quality people are hard to find and worth keeping around!

One tip - call, leave a message with your number, problem and address - he's a one-man show so you're not paying for all the overhead of the big guys.
