The main valve on my house was not able to be shut off anymore. The plumber that came out was Sammy, and he was awesome. Sammy explained exactly what the problem was, and told me exactly what he had to do. He gave me 5 minutes to finish using any water in the house since he would be shutting the water down. He put on a brand new ball valve and the work looked excellent. He couldn't have been any kinder answering all of my questions. I plan on doing some more work inside my house, and I will definitely be calling Metro Plumbing again.

Very happy with the service I received from Metro Plumbing! I found them online and called their office. Eileen helped schedule my appointment and gave me a courtesy call when the technician was in route to my home. Brian, my Plumbing Technician was on-time and fully prepared to install my new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. After he finished the install, he demonstrated how to use the faucet and disposal. I highly recommend Metro Plumbing and will be using them in the near future.

I have a home warranty with AHS and when I had a leaky toilet they sent Metro Preventative Plumbing Maintenance. The plumber did not fix the toilet saying that the main shut-off had to be replaced first and that it was not covered by AHS and their price to fix it was approximately $550.00. At my wife's urging we looked at the contract and felt that according to the contract it looked like it should be covered. I called AHS and they said they could send another plumber and if I was right it would not cost me anything, but if I was wrong I would have to pay another $75.00. Rosi's Plumbing came out today and not only fixed the toilet, but told me there was nothing wrong with the shut-off valve. Perhaps it was because my wife was there for the first plumber and he thought he could take advantage of a woman's relative lack of knowledge regarding plumbing.
