Victor kept me informed and scheduled when they'd be out. He also called me prior to the scheduled time to inform me they would be arriving later than expected, which is appreciated.
Victor and Rocky were friendly and explained what they were doing and how to operate the connection. The total install took about an hour.
Pricing was comparable with a couple of bids I received, but would hire them again because they really did provide great service.
