This company MNP solutions of Frisco is an amazing company! I will use them for my residential and commercial properties as long as possible. They are kind, responsible, professional in all aspects of their business. I personally am so grateful for the help they have given me I. researching a problem solving an issue we had with some water heaters. They were intrigued about issue and jumped to help resolve with the manufacturer as well! now that is customer service! B2B. and the end customer! They are the real deal and I high recommend them. We recently moved into a new (to us) home, and of course, you always find issues the inspectors missed. We have used Joseph and Metro North Plumbing several times for different projects. Leak under the slab, bathroom faucet replacement, mini-split A/C Unit, and a gas leak just to name a few. They were always on time with no surprises with fair pricing.

I highly recommend this company. Hard to find a good plumber, but have used Joseph Annunziato, owner of Metro North (along with wife Alesha), several times and am very pleased. He's reasonable and pleasant. He's repaired 2 slab leaks for me and has done numerous jobs for the person who recommended him to me.

This is to follow up with my previous complaint. The home owners have contacted the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.
Metro North came out to my neighbors home and didn't do the job right and demanded over $900 for a 5 minute job. They also claimed they wanted cash so they can avoid taxes. Which is fraud. Anyway not only do they commit fraud but even though they are foreigners themselves they think it's ok to make racist remarks. They contacted the home owner today with a very nasty message. The messages have also been forward to the state board. They vandalized the property and left the home owners without any water for 3 days. I wanted to

Joseph and his team have been out to my house 3 times in the last 2 months and have provided excellent service every time. 3 separate occasions, all different issues. They are timely, respectful and ethical when it comes to the home service industry. I am in Commercial and Residential Roofing and will be recommending them to all my customers I come across. The previous review seems like your typical customer that wants everything for free and is extremely difficult to work with. Based off her previous reviews she's not one you want to deal with.
