I don't understand how these people that give them 5 star got hold of this company, my tenant called that his furnace is not working and I called my home warranty company and they assigned Metro Mechanical, I give them 24 hours to call my tenant or myself, after trying to call them numerous times wasn't able to get of hold of anyone, this company doesn't even have a receptionist or someone to talk to every time I was calling was going through the voice mail, then the voice mail says can't leave a message at this time, you gotta SMS and did that couple of times still never got a call back so I called the Warrenty company and assigned another company.

Late to his first appointment. I paid up front for for what was supposed to be a minor solution where Eric would come back out later in the week. The next appointment he forgot. The one after that ""He got a flat tire and would call me the next day."" He never did, I had to call him. After that he plain didn't show for the next appointment and won't answer his phone. Now I'm sitting in the dead of winter with a broken HVAC system with the thermostat hanging off the wall and rigged wiring on my HVAC unit. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH METRO. YOU WILL GET BURNED.

After months of back and forth with a home warranty on getting my AC operational and misdiagnosing of the problem, I found out I needed a line set repair. My original contractor would not attempt the repair because the pipe was inside the wall. Multiple other contractors were hesitant to bother with the repair. Eric at Metro came by the next day and inspected the system, ran a leak check, and confirmed the pipe was leaking. He suggested the easiest and most efficient fix and gave a reasonable bid on the job. During the repair, he actually identified the leak, simplifying the job and even decreasing the cost to me! He even gave a 1 year warranty on his work. After an entire summer without AC, I couldn't be more pleased with Metro Mechanical. Will definitely call again if I need more HVAC work!

Highly unprofessional company. Was recommended this company by my home warranty so I trusted their guidance. The first time the company came out (Eric) very professional and thought the problem had been fixed with my HVAC. I was highly mistaken. A little less than a month goes by and the same issue occurs again but worse which caused puddles in basement. Called Eric and was informed he couldn't come to fix the issue until 4 days later. Remember I have to go four days without air as its 100 degrees outside and just as hot indoors. The day of appointment Eric is not at my house time of appointment nor does he call to communicate he's running late. I have my home warranty company call and of course he returns the call 15 minutes past appointment time. He states he's running 20 minutes behind because of a flat tire although it sounded like he just woke up. If you had a flat it's professional to call and communicate. He then proceeds to tell me you either want me to come or not. No I don't need the business if this is how you treat paying customers. I would not recommend this guy to anyone please go with another company. I filed two complaints with my home warranty and one with BBB.

My furnace was not operating properly. I researched Yelp and called Eric on a Saturday afternoon. He came, serviced and repaired by furnace to be up and running in no time. His rate was reasonable and if we run into issues again we'll be sure to call him.
