★☆☆☆☆

Metro Mechanical came through a trusted referral source. They were prompt, responsive & courteous. However, after 2 visits the problem with my A/C was not solved and they still demanded payment for their visits. I know their time needs to be accounted for, but as a service company, they need to complete the job... which they didn't and still haven't.
