Plumbing issues are never fun, but with Metro Flow my wife and I had a great experience

We had a weird leak coming from the kitchen drain, but was draining in the garage. Weird. Had to call and have an emergency consult. RJ & Ted were able to take the call late and were on site at 6pm. They were able to locate the affected pipe with camera.

Because it was late we needed to reschedule the work to be done two days out. Which was today, Christmas Eve! They came sharply at 9AM and were done by noon. Not only that, they were able to patch and repair the wall that was cut with some scrap sheathing we happened to have. Amazing, because this is not part of their normal job. And on christmas eve. We probably would have had holes in the wall for a couple of weeks before we could get around to patching it.

Great communication and great problem solving. Above and beyond really.

This is about Metro Plumbing. I had a small drip in my tub facet. I called Metro Plumbing. They came out and distorted my facet charged me $89 & said I would need to buy a new one. I then called Pearson Plumbing. They came out & saw what they did to it. They said I been taken & what a mess. They rebuilt it like new. It took them an hour & charged me $156.

I phoned Metro-Flow Plumbing office yesterday and they scheduled me for an appointment for today. My bathtub and toilet have over flowing problem.

Their Customer Rep on the phone was very helpful and pleasant to talked-to.

Their Plumber came this morning. He's young, respectful and professional. He explained the charges and answer all my questions about the water overflow in my laundry room.

He brought in his plumbing equipments checked the areas outside the house that have the pipes for clearing the clog.

It took some two hrs and finally it got cleared.

Although their pricey but the professionalism and work quality were part of it.

Horrible company! I had them over to do 5 projects and they were incapable of doing 3 of them, and wanted to charge 2 to 3 times the standard plumbing cost. I told them to leave my house! Don't ever use them!

$650. to snake out our drain line that was 12' long! Do NOT do business with Metro-Flow Plumbing. They are 3X as expensive as other plumbers. Buyer beware! They would not give me any kind of estimate or pricing guidelines when I called them on the phone. They just said they charge $89. to send a plumber out to evaluate & he will give me pricing. Plumber came in my house, lied to me about using a $12,000. snake with a camera on it, had a color spiral that he flipped out and explained that they have "pre-set" pricing. $650. to do 45 minutes of work! I've paid other plumbers $175.-$225. for exact same service. Rip off. You do not have to overpay for your plumbing like this.

2 years ago I had them replace a frost free hydrant on the side of our home.
They charged $223 to remove the brick but they were "not responsible for brick install."
The total bill after 2 hours of work was $577.00.
Ridiculous.
The plumber told my wife the work was guaranteed for 3 years.
Today, the hydrant failed once again, but I would NEVER call them again, since I'm sure they'd find a reason to charge us for the repair for some other reason.
Save yourself a lot of money and call another plumber.

We called this company on a Sunday because we thought we had an emergency (which we really, thankfully, did not. They came out (for a $150 service charge) and told us that it would cost over $500 to ream out our pipes (in addition to the $150!). We were horrified! Thankfully we did not do it. The next day our regular plumber came out and did the job for $160. If you want to be scalped, give them a call. OUTRAGEOUS prices.

We were very lucky to find Metro-Flow Plumbing. The company was responsive and clearly explained what needed to be done. We initially called about a stopped up sink and leaking pipe. After running a camera through the pipe, they found a busted pipe and quoted a price to fix. We had them fix the leaking pipe and told them we needed to get other quotes on fixing the busted pipe. After getting additional quotes, we decided to authorize Metro-Flow to do the work. In addition to competitive pricing, we liked the professionalism of Daryl and his attention to detail. The work was completed as scheduled. Juan, who was responsible for the digging and cement phase, was professional and quick. From start to finish, we were delighted with the work and highly recommend this company. I know we will use them for future plumbing needs.

I hate to report this kind of thing but I feel like I have to.

We had one of the Metroflow service contracts. Metroflow did some expensive work for us that leaked badly in a big thunderstorm about 8 months ago. That in and of itself wasn't a problem; it was that we had a video of the leak, which we sent to them and followed up with voicemail, with no reply. (It's still on my YouTube and I have all the emails and contacts) We were busy, it would be a lot of trouble to follow through, and we let it go.

After many months, we had our free yearly contract inspection this morning.

All is well until an under sink leak is found in the bathroom; lots of water underneath. I had been in that cabinet not ten minutes before and it was dry as a bone. Either something in the process of checking caused the leak (and all that water) or the leak was created; it does not really matter which. Can't trust them. Canceled.

I simply was looking for a competitive quote on replacing my water heaters. They wanted to charge a dispatch fee of $85 to give me a quote. All other vendors I contacted have free in-home estimates. Their reasoning was there is cost to send out a truck and person... I explained there is a "sales cost" of doing business... he disagreed. I prefer to do business with someone who cares about doing business with me.
