These guys are amazing! I have aquasana filters room system along with the reverse osmosis. Since I got it installed(by a different plumber) was having so many issues. I was fed up with it. I contacted aqua Sana and they recommend me metric plumbing. I'm so happy I called them. They resolved all the issues I had with the filtration system. Definitely recommend.

She sent the most knowledgeable and professional technician to our house. His name is John. He had a mask gloves and was so professional and friendly. He was awesome. Outrageous...service guy spent 3 1/2 hours diagnosing and talking to manufacture of tankless water heater. Had no idea what he was doing and charged almost $400 for a diagnosis. Then wanted to do another rip off for a new heater that was partially covered by warranty.

I have had there mechanical team work on the sump pumping system at my business, my residential rental property for new boiler installs, and my home for general plumbing maintenance. My basement bathroom overflowed at 8pm on Saturday night, by early Sunday morning Metric was here to fix the problem (my 5 year old son flushed his toy race car down the drain). I called Metric off a recommendation from a friend and I'm beyond happy I did; my drain from my sick had cracked and water was backing up in the basement. I spoke with Gary, the owner, and he said he'd have someone come by within 2 hours to check it out. The owners son was at my house in 45 minutes and within two days my basement was back to normal. Metric Plumbing is a true family business I'd recommend to anyone!!

First group of guys left my place a mess. Original quote was around $900 for lots of work. After adding the faucet install to the list, $1000 payment is considered 1/2 down. Half?! Installing a pre-purchased faucet and disposal (plug-in type w/ all electric already done) is over $1000?

They have two guys who know what they're doing service and attitude-wise, other than those two, it's a crap shoot for who will show up at your door.

Wishing I could undo everything and get my money and time back so I could go with my old plumber. Friend suggested I use Metric. Bum advice.
