Once again Meticulous Plumbing came to the rescue! We discovered a leak under our sink and discovered corroded pipes. They were booking 3 weeks out but had a cancellation and were able to get to us in three days! As usual, Seth Mosely did a wonderful job. Arrived promptly, and got the job done in about 20 minutes. Will definitely call them when we need a plumber again.

I have mixed feelings on Meticulous. Imagine having a plumber come out and tell you that you need to cut a hole in your wall so that they can do some needed work on your pipes. You put it off because you REALLY don't want to cut a hole in your wall. You finally do and the next Meticulous plumber tells you that you didn't have to do that and there was an easy no-cost solution instead. I'm irritated that I now have a big hole in my wall, and I need to pay someone to fix it unnecessarily. I'm also grateful for the skills, knowledge, and abilities of the second Meticulous plumber to giving me a solution. If only the second plumber had come out to my house first, it would have been a completely different experience. The second plumber also did a great job re-piping my water heater. Like every company, your experience depends greatly on who they send out. If you need a plumber from Meticulous, ask for Randy. He's a good one.

This is the first time I've used Meticulous Plumbing, and I had a fantastic experience from the initial phone call to the visit! I received a text telling me the plumber was on his way. The text included a picture and a short bio, which I thought was a nice touch. Seth did a careful review of the problem and gave me an estimate on the spot. Since it was less than a previous estimate, I authorized the service. The job was done in a timely manner, and everything was cleaned up nicely after that! I highly recommend Meticulous Plumbing!

I had a bathroom faucet replaced at a cost of $652--an amount I agreed to when shown an estimate after being offered a ""same-visit"" discount. Only later, after looking at typical prices for this job, did I realize that was extremely costly. Buyer beware!

Highly recommend - from the initial contact/scheduling conversation (via text, much appreciated for that option) to the service call itself. Professional, personable and thorough. Worth every dollar. We tried to fix the leak on our tenant's kitchen faucet, and were unsuccessful; that, and that fact that one of the water shut off valves under the sink started to leak prompted us to look for a plumber. We will be calling Meticulous for any future plumbing needs.

I had a hefty clog that was pretty far along the pipe from my kitchen sink. I also had a decaying garbage disposal that was maybe 20 years old, and had been installed badly. Leo explained everything, told me my options. He ended up flushing out the sizeable blockage, installing a new disposal, replacing most of the pipes under my kitchen sink, and fixing a problem with my sink drains. Meticulous Plumbing was sensitive to the inconvenience of not having a functional kitchen sink, and did their best to get to me as soon as they could, even in the wake of the ice storm. I have used this company for other plumbing projects in the past and they have always been professional, thorough, and very helpful. Most of my neighbors use these guys too. We are all big fans.

Clogged sink on New Year's Day...

Tried to treat myself with an acid based drain cleaner(big no no!) and really had a mess on my hands.

Made it out next day, did great work at a fair price.

Will definitely use again. Hopefully not soon
