Highly recommend - from the initial contact/scheduling conversation (via text, much appreciated for that option) to the service call itself. Professional, personable and thorough. Worth every dollar. We tried to fix the leak on our tenant's kitchen faucet, and were unsuccessful; that, and that fact that one of the water shut off valves under the sink started to leak prompted us to look for a plumber. We will be calling Meticulous for any future plumbing needs.

I had a hefty clog that was pretty far along the pipe from my kitchen sink. I also had a decaying garbage disposal that was maybe 20 years old, and had been installed badly. Leo explained everything, told me my options. He ended up flushing out the sizeable blockage, installing a new disposal, replacing most of the pipes under my kitchen sink, and fixing a problem with my sink drains. Meticulous Plumbing was sensitive to the inconvenience of not having a functional kitchen sink, and did their best to get to me as soon as they could, even in the wake of the ice storm. I have used this company for other plumbing projects in the past and they have always been professional, thorough, and very helpful. Most of my neighbors use these guys too. We are all big fans.

Clogged sink on New Year's Day...

Tried to treat myself with an acid based drain cleaner(big no no!) and really had a mess on my hands.

Made it out next day, did great work at a fair price.

Will definitely use again. Hopefully not soon

I've used Meticulous Plumbing many times over the years, for my rental and my home. They just came and did some replacement of old galvanized pipes to PEX and we're really happy with the results and their work!

I had a couple jobs done by Meticulous. First job was installing a new garbage disposal. Randy did that one and did a great job. Second job was much bigger and was replacement of my main water line with a new shut off valve and hose bib. Joe did a great job on that as well and went better than I expected it too. The value was about $2k more than I thought I would spend, but other bids came in quite a bit higher. One bid was even double than what Meticulous charged.

Meticulous Plumbing once again came to the rescue. Three weeks ago we had a pipe under the bathroom sink break as shown above. Meticulous came out and replaced the sub-standard pipes with quality materials. This week the kitchen pipe sprung a leak in the metal braiding. Joe came out and made short work of the issue. Meticuluous was referred by another plumbing company that was unable or uninterested. The schedule for a new roof accelerated and left me with a narrow window for determining if a sewer pipe vent could be moved during the roofing project to avoid interference with future solar panel placement. They came out right away for the consultation and were able to arrange to do the job on the same call to allow the roofers to start on schedule the next day. They also suggested a solution that simplified the venting so no coordination was necessary with the roofing company. I have no idea yet about the quality of the work and I had no time to comparison shop. It was a small project that Meticulous kept small and simple, and completed immediately, which was of great value to me.
