Daniel just left my home a few moments ago and I'm feeling very good about my experience with Meticulous Plumbing. I don't read long reviews nor to I write them, so here are the highlights:

* Office replies quickly to both email and phone.
* Daniel called 20 mins prior to arrival and when he arrived.
* Immediately used boot covers upon entering unit.
* Quickly identified issue, provided solutions. (best case, worst case.)
* Upfront about needing to charge for full kit, but not using it all.
* Fixed worn out diverter stem quickly (1 hour or so.)
* Daniel was friendly and professional from start to finish.
* Arrived in large grip truck. Meaning anything they might need is on site.
* Rates may be slightly higher than others, but worth it do to efficiently and overall experience.

I will use them again and recommend them to others. I try not to overuse 5 star rankings, as every good experience is not a 5 star experience. Meticulous Plumbing gets 5.

Had a great experience with Meticulous Plumbing last week. My inline shower faucet broke and I could not get the water to turn up. I called and they came out within two hours (thank goodness someone had a cancellation) and my repair guy had it fixed within the hour. Super courteous, professional and he told me exactly what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost up front. Great dealing with a company that values integrity.

We are very tardy with this review and I apologize for that! My wife and I contracted with Meticulous earlier this year for a pretty large job which included replacing all galvanized plumbing with PEX lines, replacing the street to house line with PEX, moving a hot water heater from the basement to the garage and installing a recirculation pump, installing plumbing for a newly remodeled shower and bathroom, relocating drain lines, and replacing some outside hose bibs. I could not say enough great things about the work that they did. They were on time, prepared, thorough, professional, and operated under the highest level of integrity which is something their owner Leo Borton strives for. Our job was managed by Joe McPhee who is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. He was extremely professional and would explain everything he was doing. We ran into several obstacles due to the age of the house and how it was built and Joe was helpful in navigating through all of them to our satisfaction. Even Leo came out to the job site several times to assist with the challenges and make everything perfect.

My father was a plumber and I have some knowledge about the business and have done a good amount of basic plumbing myself. I am extremely picky with anyone doing any work on my house! I have to say I was impressed with Meticulous and the quality of the materials and supplies they use. They are not about cutting corners to get on to the next job. We would highly recommend Meticulous to work on all your plumbing needs!

Also, kudos to the office staff for a great job too. They would always contact us if their workers were running late or had a conflict that needed to be addressed. Thank you!

I was a first time user of Meticulous Plumbing and I was extremely impressed! The techs were always on time and they call you when they are on their way to your home. Leo was wonderful, he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in a timely manner. I will be a loyal customer for all my plumbing needs.

I have nothing but the best things to say about Meticulous. I had called 6 different plumbers to get estimates and only half returned my call, the other half came out to give me an estimate but only Meticulous did the full follow up. They have been professional and courteous from start to finish and they did an excellent job with replumbing our 100+ year old duplex. I would absolutely use them again and will refer them to anyone who inquires about plumbing needs.

We had a clogged drain from our kitchen sink and dishwasher, causing a backup in the basement sewer line. They came promptly as scheduled, calling us to assure they were on time and on the way. The plumber successfully diagnosed and fixed the problem, in a minimum of time and very neatly too. He also found another potential problem and fixed that before we even knew about it! He made sure to clean up before he left. We've used their services twice in the 2 years we've been in this house, and will use them for any future problems with plumbing.

I was so pleased with their service! We had tried draino-like products and plunged this sink SO MANY times with not much result. I finally gave in and called for help. Daniel was the plumber who came to check on our clogged sink. He was literally there about 15 minutes and it was unclogged and draining perfectly. He was even so kind to not charge us because he felt it was such a quick fix. WHAT SERVICE! He just said, remember us next time :)

We had a laundry list of plumbing issues: new kitchen faucet, toilet replacement, three other leaking toilets each with a different issue, bathroom sink pop-up drain stops that needed fixing, and then a broken connection under the kitchen sink. We called in the midst of an ice storm so Meticulous couldn't fit us in for several weeks due to the emergencies, but they communicated regularly, as they waited for a cancellation. Once we had an appointment, Joe arrived right on time. He looked at each task, drew up a bid (it was not cheap, but it was fair), and then set to work. He clearly knew his stuff, explained each problem, found a couple of complications, but worked through them. In addressing one of the unexpected problems (a broken valve preventing us from turning the toilet off) he went under the garage and found a mysterious leak and he helped identify the source (no charge). I can't say enough about how pleased I am. It all looks and works great. From the the woman managing the schedule to Joe doing the work, they were first rate. I hadn't used them before, but would only use them in the future.
