Brian from Method plumbing has always been great with his turn around time. Call one day, he is there the next day. Always seems to be on time and gets right to work. Throughout the past 10 years he has installed our kitchen sink, plumbing for bathroom Reno and installed ice maker in our bar area. This last time he was out right away while we were out of town one weekend, because our water heater started leaking. He told us what to do until he was able to be there to evaluate. He returned the next day (Monday)with the new water heater to be installed. He was fast and thorough. Thank you Brian. Love having hot water.

We had a terrible experience with this company. We called Brian of Method Plumbing because of flooding from the dishwasher in our work kitchen. He came out and tried to fix it, but he didn't and kitchen kept flooding. We were charged $250 for that call. The next time he charged us again for the service call and said we needed a new reverse osmosis (RO) because there was rust on the top. He said it would be $400 plus labor. Before he installed it he was told by our front desk person that we were under contract with Aqua Chill, our water company who installed the reverse osmosis and when Aqua Chill services it the service technician writes their name and date on a tag on the RO. Brian ignored this and proceeded to replace the reverse osmosis and threw ours out. The flood in the kitchen stopped, but the install of the reverse osmosis caused the sink to gurgle very loudly. I called him about this and he kept saying that this was a normal thing. Our company learned afterward that Aqua Chill owned the reverse osmosis and that we would have gotten a free one if it were defective in any way. We believe that Brian knew this but replaced it anyway. In order for our company to still be serviced by Aqua Chill, they said that they needed to remove the reverse osmosis Brian put in and put in a new one, which they did. That cost our company $400, but we understand why they couldn't service the one Method Plumbing put in. Also, the service technician from Aqua Chill said he was out less than a month earlier than Brian came and he said he signed and dated the RO on the tag specifically for that. When he installed the new RO he also fixed the gurgling sound and said that the other one he took out was not properly installed by Method Plumbing. We will never use Method Plumbing again.
