Top-notch all the way! From the initial contact through the professional technicians who diagnosed and fixed my problem, these guys are a class act. Professional, knowledgeable, competent, friendly, and responsive. They were booked solid today, yet they responded immediately to my last-minute request for help. When they couldn't make it exactly within the originally estimated one-hour time window, they called to make sure that was okay. Once in my home, they found and fixed the problem quickly and explained everything thoroughly, showing me what they had done. The cost was extremely reasonable too. I highly recommend Metamora Water Service.

The professionals who performed the work were exactly that, professional. They were extremely informative, patient, kind and polite. We had problems with a water tank and valve to supply our home with water. Two somewhat professional people (not from this company), were not as professional and we chose this company. We needed to resolve this water issue quickly and I honestly was amazed the professionals they sent to work on the issue were in our home within one hour of my call, outstanding. I truly am grateful to everyone who works there. The receptionist Stacy has a very nice personality and kept me informed as to when they would be at our home. I do not write reviews often, yet I truly felt this company deserved high recognition for their quality work.
