Messina Builders is such a wonderful company to do business with! If it's a new home build, a new kitchen, bathroom, a finished basement, an addition, or concrete work, John Messina is the person you most definitely want to discuss your project needs with. He's the most honest and reasonable contractor I've been blessed to meet. He's not your ordinary contractor, John truly cares about his clients needs and their overall satisfaction, in addition, John is truly passionate of his workmanship. He's treating my family and I so well I've sent him all our friends, fellow neighbors, and our family members that needed work done. I'm personally a tough one to satisfy as I've built several homes and bought homes that I've renovated so I'm well versed when it comes to contractors and workmanship. When we started to deal with Messina Builders we were immediately put as ease. John personally continuously communicated with me about our project and the next steps, if a problem arose he took care of it immediately. It's not everyday that you have the opportunity to come across such a great contractor. For all he's done for us, I'll go to the end of the earth to make sure others know of him so they may have the same treatment as we did. Do yourself a favor and put John Messina/Messina Builders on your list of companies you want to call for your project, I'm very positive you'll be happy that you did!

I bought a condo in Elmhurst which needed some updating. After a few interviews we chose Messina Builders and we couldn't be more happy. We ended up doing a gut rehab. Tearing down all rooms and laying out our plan for the year 2019. Everything was done by our architect's plan to perfection. Price was fair and work was completed as promised. (12 weeks) I highly recommend Messina and his crew. Great job without all the ""ups and extras"" common to many builders. Thanks for a job well done!!
