Do yourself a favor and find ANOTHER PLUMBER. This guy is lazy, overpriced and unresponsive. He performed work for us and I needed follow up. He would not respond because the bill was already paid. He also price gouges senior citizens when performing work - there are a lot of other plumbers in this area that are more honest than this guy.

I wish I can give them zero stars. Horrible company. Not personable at all, talks down to you and doesn't take responsibility for work. Damaged property and won't fix it. Do yourself a favor and look for someone else. Don't waste your time!

Today is Nov. 6th. Yesterday, on the 5th, I had Messer come to my home to get my gas-fired hot water heater working. It cost $186.60. For that cost I expect to have the heater working for a substantial amount of time. I had hot water yesterday. However, THIS MORNING, Nov. 7th, there is NO hot water! I called immediately to get service, only to get the message ""memory is full."" I need hot water CONSTANTLY, not just for one day!!!! HELP!!!!

Since I could not EVEN reach someone or had the ability to leave a message, I will be taking this matter to court. One would expect MUCH better service -- most especially for $186.60. That was only to get the heater to work, NOT to replace it! NO ONE should be left without the ability to contact a business -- either by reaching a human or, at the VERY least, be able to leave a message. I suspect all that the ""memory if full"" holds many comments from VERY dissatisfied customers!

Wouldn't give any stars , GUY ( as he calls everyone) was HIGHLY unprofessional. He called letting me know he was gonna come out the next day . The next day my fiancé called him just to double check we would be home, well, apparently he didn't like us calling him before he called us. He kept calling my fiancé ""guy"" and got real nasty saying he's far from us and his guys are on break , along with a lot more idiotic comments talking like a wannabe. All he had to do was tell my insurance he didn't want the job . GUY is a real JO and would NOT recommend him , unreliable and nasty ! He didn't have much to say after my fiancé gave him a mouthful. If u want a professional job done , look elsewhere.
