I know that the owner thinks that Robby gave my niece a written estimate, but the only thing he gave her was a business card, a verbal estimate, and no breakdown of the $450 labor for pickup, simple install, and haul away old water heater. Labor could be vastly more expensive to do these things in Missouri over California; however, I think they should provide the breakdown as a normal part of doing business. I've now requested it, through Home Depot.

Me and my wife started going to Big Biscuits a few years back and every time we were there I told the owner he needed to open one in Springfield, Missouri and then one day driving around we spotted the sign and then found out there's two of them woot woot so we went the opening day and I have to sayid was great so keep up the good work

This guy knows his stuff! Very polite and diligent. When I needed my sink fixed, he was out same day and got the job done in less than an hour. I won't go anywhere else for my plumbing needs. If you need a job done, and done right, you gotta go with Robbie, he will shoot you straight and not looking to sell a bunch of equipment.

I requested a quote for a new water heater through home depot. I received a call from messenger plumbing and they came out the next day. The guy said there was no leak and that we didn't need to get a new water heater. That we would need to set up another appointment to assess the issue. That there's no way it's the water heater. I kept telling him it WAS the water heater and if he would look BEHIND it at the base he would see the leak! Wouldn't do it. No estimate received. Needless to say it IS the water heater and Roto rooter is installing tomorrow.
