My upstairs toilet was stopped up. I could not unplug it with a plunger so I called Mesquite Plumbing. They came out the next morning and unplugged the toilet. The charge was $139.00 and I thought that was fair. I have used them for over 20 years.

We just moved into our house about a month ago and noticed a strong smell every time we used the kitchen sink. We tried home remedies, special cleaner, etc. but the smell persisted. We finally called our home warranty provider yesterday, and they sent out a plumber this morning. He spent all of 6 minutes in our home and said the problem was just the garbage disposal, so we should try baking soda and vinegar -- despite the fact that we told him we'd already tried that several times, with no improvement.

Enter Mesquite Plumbing. They'd worked on this house before we moved in, as part of our plan to move the AC unit to the attic. Since we'd been pleased with their work, we decided to call them again after the disappointing exchange with the first plumber. Mesquite Plumbing said they had an opening tomorrow, then called back a few minutes later and said they could squeeze us in today. Fantastic! Jimmy took a look at the plumbing under the sink and within SECONDS told us we were missing the P trap, which was causing the smell. In no time, he'd installed the missing part, and voila! No more stinky smell. Jimmy was knowledgeable and worked quickly to fix the problem. We are so pleased with the quality of their work and will absolutely use Mesquite Plumbing again!

I wanted to express how very pleased I am with the extensive repair work that two of Mesquite's marvelous plumbers, LARRY and RICHARD, completed at my home today!

First, they arrived right on time and were very congenial and professional. Larry patiently explained every step of the repair process, so I thoroughly understood what the work entailed. Richard was also very helpful during the entire process. They even let me know before they started jack hammering the slab, to expect it to get noisy!

Larry and Richard walked me through each step of the post repair hydrostatic test, telling me exactly what they were performing so that I felt confident that the leak had been successfully repaired.

They meticulously covered the furniture, etc., in the bedroom where the repair work took place and made sure my hard wood floor was totally protected all the way from the front door to the bedroom. The after-repair clean-up was very thorough.

I would be remiss if I did not also mention how professional MIKE STEVENS was when he earlier performed the leak locate test, making certain I could follow each step of the testing process as it progressed. And, he explained the test and visually showed me on his laptop where the leak was in the bathtub plumbing pipes. And, last but not least, WAYNE in the office was very efficient in properly scheduling the house calls for all the work done!

Awesome! That's the best single word that describes my customer service experience with Mesquite Plumbing. Billy and Allen arrived at my house to replace a showerhead and were in and out in less than 25 minutes. Both of these men were polite and professional. They took great care to wear booties over their shoes prior to entering my house and laid down towels underneath their ladder while working in my shower. I will definitely call Mesquite Plumbing the next time I need a plumber at my home.

Our go to Plumbers for 12 years. We had a main line leak under the foundation. Mesquite Plumbing answered the phone on the first ring at 8AM. Made an appointment for us. Showed up on time. Professional and Courteous. Came in $575 under quote. $1975 under another bid for the same job. We have hired Mesquite Plumbing for additional installs of bath and kitchen.

Called Mesquite plumbing for a broken pipe under my kitchen sink. The call was very professional and educational. They scheduled something for the next day.

The technician called me about 20 minutes before they arrived as promised. The technicians were Fransisco and Eduardo. They were so nice and knowledgeable.
I asked if they could also replace my garbage disposal because it is also broke but I didn't know if it was in my budget. Turns out it was and they had one with them so they did that too.
Very fast work so I didn't have to pay more than necessary since they work by the hour. They were very clean also. It's like they were never here.

Great job guys. Will call for any future work. Thank you!

Called them for dishwasher problem and clogged sink. They spent so much time telling me I really need an appliance person, They unclogged the drain and still charged $249!!!!!!
I called them back 3 x and they stated that I was not treated right and they would refund my money . Never happened. Don't use this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to give these guys 5 stars! Larry and Rylie - even though the it was a tad expensive. They came right on time. They had to come a second time and the service charge was waived. They were super nice and got down to the job. Thank you, Mesquite Plumbing! we really appreciate the quick response, the fast service and friendliness of the staff.

I just called as the website said a free estimate. He tells me its a $59.00 service charge and $110/hr. What's the free estimate? The is the free estimate. *blank stare*

This company is unbelievably unprofessional. They arrived at our home over an hour late. Then after realizing they had the wrong part, they had me wait while they went to their warehouse for the correct one. Another hour later, the plumber returned only to tell me the warehouse did not have the necessary part. The dispatcher, Gary, assured me the part would be overnighted to them, that he would be at the shop at 10:00 A.M. waiting for the delivery, and that he would call when he was on his way to our home to make the repair the next morning. Gary never called. I tried calling him and left a message. He would not answer and did not return my calls. Four days later, our issue is still unresolved and we are contacting a different plumber for the job.

There were other issues, too. For example, the quoted cost of the job turned out to be the price of only the parts - no labor costs were included. Our final bill would have been much higher than the quote, and Mesquite Plumbing only got the job because of their low price quote.

The two plumbers that arrived were very friendly, but overall I am completely disappointed with my experience with Mesquite Plumbing. They did not respect my time. They did not contact me when they said they would. I will never use them again, and I will never recommend them to anyone.
