Our go to Plumbers for 12 years. We had a main line leak under the foundation. Mesquite Plumbing answered the phone on the first ring at 8AM. Made an appointment for us. Showed up on time. Professional and Courteous. Came in $575 under quote. $1975 under another bid for the same job. We have hired Mesquite Plumbing for additional installs of bath and kitchen.

Called Mesquite plumbing for a broken pipe under my kitchen sink. The call was very professional and educational. They scheduled something for the next day.

The technician called me about 20 minutes before they arrived as promised. The technicians were Fransisco and Eduardo. They were so nice and knowledgeable.
I asked if they could also replace my garbage disposal because it is also broke but I didn't know if it was in my budget. Turns out it was and they had one with them so they did that too.
Very fast work so I didn't have to pay more than necessary since they work by the hour. They were very clean also. It's like they were never here.

Great job guys. Will call for any future work. Thank you!

Called them for dishwasher problem and clogged sink. They spent so much time telling me I really need an appliance person, They unclogged the drain and still charged $249!!!!!!
I called them back 3 x and they stated that I was not treated right and they would refund my money . Never happened. Don't use this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to give these guys 5 stars! Larry and Rylie - even though the it was a tad expensive. They came right on time. They had to come a second time and the service charge was waived. They were super nice and got down to the job. Thank you, Mesquite Plumbing! we really appreciate the quick response, the fast service and friendliness of the staff.

I just called as the website said a free estimate. He tells me its a $59.00 service charge and $110/hr. What's the free estimate? The is the free estimate. *blank stare*

This company is unbelievably unprofessional. They arrived at our home over an hour late. Then after realizing they had the wrong part, they had me wait while they went to their warehouse for the correct one. Another hour later, the plumber returned only to tell me the warehouse did not have the necessary part. The dispatcher, Gary, assured me the part would be overnighted to them, that he would be at the shop at 10:00 A.M. waiting for the delivery, and that he would call when he was on his way to our home to make the repair the next morning. Gary never called. I tried calling him and left a message. He would not answer and did not return my calls. Four days later, our issue is still unresolved and we are contacting a different plumber for the job.

There were other issues, too. For example, the quoted cost of the job turned out to be the price of only the parts - no labor costs were included. Our final bill would have been much higher than the quote, and Mesquite Plumbing only got the job because of their low price quote.

The two plumbers that arrived were very friendly, but overall I am completely disappointed with my experience with Mesquite Plumbing. They did not respect my time. They did not contact me when they said they would. I will never use them again, and I will never recommend them to anyone.

Overall, I am very disappointed with the professionalism of this company as a whole. While I will admit that I was pleased with the speed of the response time of the plumber and the job that he completed in my home, I was not pleased with their service in general. I was given a quote over the phone, and, after the work was completed I was totally blindsided with an additional $50 charge that was never mentioned to me over the phone. Apparently, if a helper is used, then an additional $50 will be added on to the final bill. This was never explained to me, and I am quite sure that factor would have played into my decision to use this company. The plumber charged me for an additional 15 minutes of labor that was spent in his van writing up my bill, and at $110 an hour, that is a significant charge. I was also extremely disappointed by the fact that the plumber broke a statue in my yard and did not have the decency to tell me about, what I have no doubt, was an accident. Including the damage to my property, the additional $50 charge, and the additional $27.50 that I was charged while my bill was written, I was out about $200-$300 in addition to the $272.50 I paid the company for services. I contacted the company about these issues that I had with their service, and the calls were never returned. Many issues can be resolved via conversation, and it is evident that the people from Mesquite Plumbing are not interested in providing good customer service or correcting issues when they arise. I will never use their service again, nor will I recommend them to my friends or family.

Our main pipeline to the house broke and they came in within an hrs call and got the work done. They were quick and professional. The rate was reasonable around $125 for the material and labor.

They took advantage of me.
I have used this company several times in the past and had good service at a fair price. I recently needed a water heater installed (I had a new water heater). I requested a time between 10:30 am and 4:00 pm, which I thought they agreed to. They showed up a little after 8:00 am. My daughter was home. The first thing they asked her was if she had an estimate from anyone else. She said no. Unknown to her was that I had installation estimates of $410 and $579, which I thought were unreasonable. They told her it would be a little over $1000 for installation. They were not finished when I got home and I asked them to explain their costs: $650 basic installation, $365 for a shut off valve ($110 real cost on Amazon, the one I had was in working condition) and $100 for a permit (actual cost $40). They gave me a revised price of $740. Lesson learned: Don't trust even previously trusted companies.

I would not recommend calling this business. I called them 4 days in advance for a morning appointment. The morning of my appointment, no one ever showed up. I called the office and they said they would have the technician call me. An hour later, I still didn't hear from anyone. I again tried calling the office but this time, no one answered the phone. I had to leave a message to cancel my appointment because I could no longer wait around for them. I already had to take off work for the appointment that I made. I never heard from anyone. Now I have to wait another week before I can get another plumber out to my house. Thanks a lot Mesquite Plumbing.
