Recommended Customer Reviews
Joe W.My mom and dad were having trouble with their septic system in Apache junction az. They were very polite and professional. Got out quickly and figured out the issue. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone in Arizona needing septic repair or septic certification.
Michael C.Gary and his crew at Mesa Septic made the process of repairing our septic almost painless. They were responsive, professional, and personable.
The problem was diagnosed, explained thoroughly, and options were explored. Once we made a decision, the repair was done with alacrity.
I highly recommend their services.
Laura P.I am going to give you the FULL story so that you can appreciate the stress this was causing.
The pipe coming out of the house by my kitchen had a cap that was left off on the ground. When the landscapers came to clean up the yard in late April, they found it and put the cap back. The kitchen sink started backing up. My husband removed the cap and installed a hose so that it would drain further away from the house.
Back in May, we had a cat fence installed, I told the handy dude to only put the posts along the current fence line. He didn't listen and pounded in stakes next to the house by the kitchen and fireplace. I got on to him about it and he apologized, said he didn't know what he was thinking.
Fast forward to the first weekend of July, we noticed water coming up through the ground by the stake near the kitchen.
I set up a service call with our home warranty company, they sent a plumber out two weeks ago, he took a look, but couldn't do anything without authorization from the warranty company. That was received, Thursday last week they returned to put a camera through the line.
The line leads into the Septic Tank and they couldn't see anything because of all the ""grey water"". They lifted the lid on the septic and said it was full. They were unable to do anything until the septic was emptied.
I placed a panicked call to the septic company, Mesa Septic. The owner was at our house at the crack of dawn on Friday. Gary said there was nothing wrong with the septic tank and offered to come back this week to dig up the line and fix the problem, at no cost to us.
His guys were here at the crack of dawn this morning and started digging. The stake that fence dude pounded in went right through the pipe. They cut out that section of pipe and replaced it for us. They also flushed the line, it was caked with grease, from the previous owner, we knew not to let any grease down the drain when we bought the house.
We were only charged us $250 to replace the section of pipe, along with the dig and line flush. We are SO happy with their service. Gary, the owner, is so humble and polite, he apologized for having to charge us because of the stake. He gave us a bunch of tips after I explained that this is our first property using septic, so we were completely in the dark. He was truly a pleasure to work with!!! I can't recommend Mesa Septic enough!!!
Mesa Septic is as good as it gets when you need septic repair. They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Their bid was very competitive, they showed up on time and did a great job. I'm very impressed amd would definitely recommend.
This is a great company. They were so nice and super knowledgeable about septic. We couldn't turn the water on for the inspection, so they paid a neighbor $25 to use theirs. They did a thorough job and had the report out to escrow and me the same afternoon. I would highly recommend them!
Our realtor Frank Gerola suggested this company to do a septic inspection. They did a great job at our place. The tank was much deeper underground than expected so special services were required and everyone involved was helpful and professional. And on time each visit! Highly recommend this company.
I had an unfavorable septic inspection that needed repairs at our home in the east valley.
After looking around I found Mesa Septic & Rooter. As A yelp contributor, I trust other ""yelper's"" ratings and Mesa Septic was one of only 2 septic companies I found with a 5 star rating and I wasn't disappointed.
Gary and his crew got right on it, repaired my problems and did it quick.
Gary, his wife Suzanne are excellent folks and his crew were some very nice people who are plenty capable and up to any septic, drain or rooter problems and then some.
Mesa Septic charged me a fair price, did quality work and didn't leave a mess behind them. 50 some odd years in business in Mesa says it all.
They wouldn't still be around if their quality and prices were poor.
I highly recommend Mesa Septic & Rotter Service !
As a licensed realtor in Arizona I always recommend Mesa Septic to my clients for their septic needs. Mesa Septic is honest, reliable and great to work with.
This company was amazing! We had a septic inspection company drop the ball they were able to help us immediately. Gary and his team were so easy to work with and handle our situation with confidence and knowledge when others could not. I will be recommending him to anyone who need septic services in east valley.
Customer service of this company was outstanding. Gary was willing to help us when no one else would on a Sunday. They were there first thing Monday morning to fix and gave us great service. We will never use another company and will recommend them to anyone needing help.
