William at merry plumbing was sent to our home today for a leaky faucet he was able to determine the issue and advised me what was needed to make the repairs and how much it was going to cost. He had all the parts on his van and made the repair right away. He is very efficient and he kept everything protected with a drop cloth. Julio went above and beyond today in performing plumbing maintenance for my home. He did some construction work too! I needed some new ceiling tiles installed from Home Depot due to a prior AC plumbing water damage little did I know that they had to be cut to size to fix the narrow hallway. He spent at least an hour sizing them and ensuring that they were installed correctly. He could have referred me to a construction guy since this was beyond the scope of his work but he helped me regardless. He was pleasant and professional. If you need work done please ask for him.

He quickly diagnosed the problem and advised us as to needed replacements parts, which he indicated were still under manufacturer's warranty - - something we wouldn't have known without William's expertise. Twice this company has failed to properly diagnose a problem. Like many, I have had to use them because of the building, but never again.
Their communication is inconsistent and it seems they'd rather make up a reason for a leak, rather than actually finding and fixing the problem. The billing is exorbitant for simply using their imagination.
