My furnace stopped working, I call the company that's installed my furnace, they never got back to me, after I called them back I was told sorry no one picked up the call. The next day I received a call to inform me they could schedule me for a Monday appointment, my furnace stopped working on a Thursday. That's when I called MVP company, I got an appointment the same day, the technician came out, and in 40 to 45 minutes my furnace was fixed. Thank you for the great service, and the prompt responses, really appreciate your service. And I will recommend Merrimack valley Plumbing LLC.

Kevin Rosario did a great job with my furnace maintenance check up. The only reason for the 4 stars is Merrimack Valley Plumbing's scheduling system, which can use some work. Other than that, highly recommended!

This company is very unprofessional and dishonest. I was canceled on twice and then the day of service they never showed up. I recommend they are your last choice, not your first choice.
