He later relocated to Oregon, where he gained extensive experience in big projects, like dining establishments, lodging facilities, and grocery chains. When he came back to Vermont, he teamed up with a local plumbing firm to acquire regional experience before establishing his own service. His father-in-law, Bob, brings four decades of experience in New England’s. They make up the foundation of Merrill Mechanical.
