Top notch. Have used twice for an emergency and also to service our hot water heater. Same day service. These gentleman came out to assess both our units. Friendly and professional in over 100 degree heat. John and Pat were so kind and never once complained about our emergent service call. Had the other Pat for our service and emergency call. All three guys were awesome. Great company and staff. Would highly recommend for anyone in the Douglassville area. You guys rock! Thanks again for your quick service.

Several months ago i had called for an estimate to get cental air put in an old farm house. Someone came out took a look and said they would get back to us on an estimate. We never recieved this estimate. A month later a bill came in the mail. I called spoke to a woman who told me she does the billing and would have someone call me back. Nobody ever called me back. Got another bill. Gave a call. Same thing. No call back. Now another bill has come and i call and speak the the same woman. CLEARLY FRUSTRATED, bc this company has yet to help resolve my issue or have anyone call me back. She tells me i never called. Then tells me that i never asked for an estimate. Just for someone to come look at an ac that isnt even in the house to begin with!? Her complete lack of professionalism towards an already annoyed ""customer"" who was billed for services that were not recieved really set the tone of how this company runs their business. I was basically accused of lying and was hung up on. When i called back and spoke to the owners wife. She was just as unprofessional and told me what i asked for. I know what i asked for and if Randy didnt enter that in the computer system correctly, why is that my fault? Keep sending the bill bc i will not pay for a service that i was not provided. I promise to smear this companys name through the mud and let everyone know how they operate and treat potential customers. Clearly we went with someone else, bc they never gave us an estimate and talk about a blessing in disguise!! I will never give this company a DIME and you shouldnt either!!!
