Crummy work and even worse customer service. Would give negative stars if possible. They installed 2 hot water heaters a year ago (new construction) that completely flooded my house 2 days ago. In the last 36 hours I have called 4 times and left voice mail for help and they have yet to call me back...everything they have touched has had a problem. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

AN UPDATE ON MY PREVIOUS POST:

I called about 3 years ago and had them replace the outside water spigots on my house. They replaced the old ones with new anti-siphon spigots. After 2 years, one started leaking when shut off. I called them and they were very pleasant to deal with and sent someone out to fix it right away.

I was told that the cause of the leak was because the spigot was being turned off too tight and it was wearing out the rubber washer inside. Matt replaced the spigot.

Over-tightening? Are you kidding me? I've worked water spigots before, I know how to use them. How hard do they think I turn these things?

A couple weeks later, I received a bill for the service. After a discussion with the people at Meridian Plumbing, they did not bill me for the repair. I was very pleased with how they handled the issue

The following year, another spigot started leaking. Matt told me that they would not fix the issue without charging me for it. I could tell on the phone that he was relieved that I gave up pursuing the issue. As he said, he, ""...was super busy right now,"" and would refer me to another business.

Bottom line, I would choose a business that either (a) uses materials that last for longer than 4 years, or (b) stands by the equipment/material they install.

I will pay someone else to fix their cheap equipment. It's not like it was a ton of money, either. I think it was $300 to have both spigots replaced, but you expect people to stand by their work and products.

It's just not worth it. It's not worth doing business with an apathetic company. There are a ton of plumbers out there and, unfortunately, I will not use them or anyone they refer due to being, ""...super busy.""
