Contacted Meridian Plumbing for extensive plumbing upgrades. They were not the cheapest or the highest proposal. Took a year for them to resolve many issues by trying to put a bandaid on an open wound. A new plumber after another, leaves the customer with an inconsistency to a resolution.

Was told by two of the four different tech's that showed up, that they don't pay their guy's very well and since the change of ownership a few years ago; the seasoned guys have decided to leave one by one...

Finally had to say you get one more chance or I call in another company and go to court. Finally performed to a resolution. Would not normally post such a negative review but hearing their constant radio ad's prompted such.

They should spend less on advertising and pay the wage to obtain and retain experienced plumbers.

I called Meridian Plumbing to get a quote to replace a tub faucet. The guy who came out was friendly and said I'd hear back in a couple of days. Two weeks later and no contact, so I called to find out what was going on. I was told they'd look into it and get back to me. That was a week ago and still no word. I can't honestly say whether or not they're any good as plumbers since they didn't do anything for me but they are definitely lacking in an ability to respond to inquiries.

I was told I could get an estimate at no charge or obligation. I scheduled an appointment, on day of appointment I was given a heads up his ETA.
Same day I was given an estimate, he repaired the problem and left without leaving a mess.
The plumber was very competent and informative about any questions or concerns. I wouldn't hesitate to call Meridian Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

We had a rather large project, hooking up the plumbing to our outdoor Barbeque. We decided to call Meridian Plumbers because of one of our neighbors recommendation and also because of all their 5 star reviews. And are we glad we did.
Shane called to let us know he'd be arriving in ten minutes. We appreciated him letting us know that. So many others just don't bother.
We liked Shane from the moment we started discussing the project. He was very warm, friendly and professional. He provided us with a lot of valuable information with which to make our decision. He was great.
We are new to Eagle and it's hard to find reputable contractors but after meeting Shane, Meridian Plumbing will be our choice when we have plumbing issues.

Did a great job on my dad's water heater. The came same day I call and took care of the issue, informed me of what they had done because I was at work. I had run out of checks so they trusted me to mail it. Using them again this week for my water softener at my house. I know they will do the job right.

Who comes away from a plumbing job thinking ""wow- I really liked my plumber?"" That's not how that usually goes.
We needed a hot water circulator and some work done on our water softener, and these guys were so great. Andrew was the most personable guy I've talked to lately and they did exactly what they were going to do for the price they said they would do it. I will use this company for any and all plumbing needs in my future.

Worked with Andrew at Meridian Plumbing to solve the puzzle of my newly purchased, but ""antique"" 1946 house in Star! He was extremely knowledgable, communicative, and thorough in his evaluation of the need to replace a water pressure valve and pipe to the city water, and gained my confidence immediately. The job was done on time, took fewer actual hours than anticipated, and so cost me less than the original bid! Yea! I would highly recommend Meridian Plumbing, especially for any complicated or serious plumbing needs. Great job!
