Buyer beware, this is a very dishonest company. Quoted me $150 to change out a hotwater heater T&P valve. If it wasn't an emergency I would have replaced it myself but my wife was hosting a group of ladies at our house within a couple hours. Gave my wife a bill for $250. Unfortnatly, she did not have time to notify me of the change and paid Mercury the $250. I called them the next business day and they said my wife wanted them to stay long enough to make sure there was no more leaks. Mercury said they couldn't refund any money but would offer a credit toward a future service call. Recently determined the TP valve was leaking again. Mercury said they would replace the valve ($15) but would charge us a service call of $105. How about warranting your work? No warranty because I didn't notify them within 30 days. I didn't think Mercury's new valve would have been the culprit until I cut the drain line and realized the brand new valve was leaking. I asked about the credit for the future service work, they denied offering that. I asked them if they would mail me a replacement valve so I could install it...Paul refused. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I would post zero stars, but 1 is the lowest I can go. There are very few guarantees in this world, but one thing you CAN count on, is mercury plumbing doing a poor, inexcusable job every single time. I'm guessing the current owner inherited the company being as how little they know about plumbing. How else could they be in business for as long as they have, yet not have a clue about their actual trade? If you do not take my advice and decide to choose this sham of a plumbing company, please make sure you share your experience after they've wasted your time and money. This way, others won't make the same mistake that we made and will stay as far away as possible from this Fyre Fest-esque """"plumbing"""" company. Good luck!

This is my second experience with Mercury Plumbing, both times were exceptional. In March Chuck was able to fix a leak under my house at a price that made me cry with relief, as I previously had terrible experiences with two other well known plumbing names in town that had excessive price tags...for a clogged sink and leaky faucet, they were hundreds more than Mercury. Today Shane came over to fix a leak in an American Standard tub faucet that is over 50 years old, a job that I was told could not be done. He did it and saved the vintage original hardware to my amazement. Mercury Plumbing is honest, reliable and timely. I am so grateful for them! Thank you so so much Chuck, Shane, and Melinda!

I noticed a significant amount of water leaking from beneath my outdoor patio cabinet, which has a sink, and I called Mercury, based on my neighbor's recommendation. Thankfully, Marshall from Mercury arrived in less than two hours, and he quickly located and repaired the leak, which was inside the wall. He was also able to repair a shut-off valve in a bathroom that a previous plumber (from a different company) told me could not be repaired. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous, and the cost was quite reasonable. I highly recommend Mercury Plumbing!

The service is really excellent and the rates are good. Tom the owner was honest and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. Thank You!

I am very disappointed in Mercury Plumbing. I have used them for 7 years. I recently did an addition, and they gave me a quote for work which was to occur in phases. The payment was front loaded, so I paid them after phase 1, and when phase 2 came around, they refused to honor their quoted price, and wanted more money. I would never have agreed to pay them such a high price for the first phase of the work, except for the fact their phase 2 price was much lower. In any event, lesson learned, and I won't be doing business with them again.

Re-piped a 2 bed / 2 bath Condo in Orlando. The estimate process was quick and comprehensive. The team did a great job with consistent pipe tiedowns, cut off valves on both sides of the water heater and provided an additional brass supply cut off valve. Melinda in the office was always pleasant, informative and proactive in communicating throughout the process. The county inspector was also familiar with Mercury and held a positive opinion on their work. I was thoroughly impressed with Mercury Plumbing, will recommend them and will call upon them again for future work.

Mercury Plumbing charged me $150 to """"unclog"""" my shower. Two days later it was clogged again. I had to pay another $100 to a second plumber that had to use two different machines besides the regular equipment in order to pull out a huge plug. Wish I could post the picture!

Worse Service EVER. Wish i could give zero stars. The plumber Ricky came out to fix our issue but did half-ass work. He spent 10 min working on the issue and said it was fixed. The only thing he did was clear the lines and that was all. He did not check for any other issues, assuming clearing the lines would fix everything. We had issues that same night. We called them back out and of course, we got Ricky again. According to the GM, he does a """"good"""" job, I absolutely disagree with that statement. When Ricky came out the second time, he went directly to the issue knowing where it was causing problems. He used the camera, a $250 charge we were unaware of, to help fix the issue. The GM's argument is that they did not need to use the camera and charge us the $250, instead just to charge us a visit in which Ricky should have fixed/checked the first time. I called to complain about the second charge and spoke with the service manager, one of the rudest individuals I have spoken with. He was unprofessional and did not belong in a management position. The GM was very professional, unfortunately, we did not see eye to eye on Ricky's work and said he was not going to take the service charge away. I will NEVER use Mercury Plumbing again.

Thank you to Mercury Plumbing and Nick for excellent, rapid communication and service on a weekend call! Our master shower would not turn off. Definitely recommend Mercury Plumbing.
