Been with this company (Quality first) for 30 plus year and scheduled a annual maintenance call 5 week in advanced. Mid time frame of appt time they text me and canceled my appt. I called to reschedule appt they give a day two week away which I told them I couldn't will be out of town then the next appt time was 7 weeks from now. I thought with 2 heaters, 1 A/C and 2 water heaters through them I would get a better response in the service dept. At this time, I am going shop around for a more reconceive HVAC company.

had these guys out to do a repair. $3000 later still not fixed. they wanted to sell us a new furnace and a maintenance plan! I thought I was at a used car lot. no kidding. they were out 4 times and the last time they wanted to charge us, we told him to leave.
They are a rip off and shady. Do not use them. we asked the manager to call us but nothing.

I had these guys out and they quoted me $1300 more on the repair than my normal HVAC person. They also told me that my furnace was at its lifespan and my HVAC guy said that I could expect another five years. They charged me for a repair call, but didn't repair anything and both times I spoke to them over the phone. I felt they were rude.

We installed a new Bryant heat pump system promoted by a Mercurios salesman at a price of over $15000. Worked well through the summer season, now we head into the colder months and find it not heating properly. We have now waited a grand total of 5 weeks with Thanksgiving tomorrow. Thank goodness for EXPENSIVE emergency heat. This system to date is well under one year old. Now its Wednesday and I am told the repairman cannot be back until Tuesday. The communication with customers is extremely poor and even worse among their own employees. I have always had to be the one to initiate a call to get updates and most generally the response is I will have someone contact you which has never happened! I would not at this point recommend this company. I asked to speak to the general manager and that hasn't happened either.

it's just impossible to trust what their technicians say. Ever since I had them install my hvac system i get nothing but poor service. Any issues I have with the system needs 4-5 visits by technicians before the problem is identified and solved. Not sure who trains their staff but their expertise seems to be lacking.

I called Mercurio's heating & air conditioning to get a couple of price quotes to install a minisplit system and to wire in an outdoor plug at our home. they have cancelled 3 times and no showed twice! My wife stayed home both days, all day for them to show for the appointment and was a total waste of her time! there was no phone call to let us know they were not coming or to even reschedule. We will NOT be recommending them to anyone! if they couldn't or didn't want our business all they had to do is say so and we would have called someone else. The only reason we kept trying is our neighbor used them and she was satisfied with the service she received.

Mercurio's is even more scandalous than I thought they were previous to my review. A deep cleaning was not performed on my system. I watched Tech. clean inside unit and he definitely did not deep clean the system and he did nothing to outside unit which was to be included in cleaning. Mercurio's quoted price to clean system $198.00. Now Mercurio's tells me the deep cleaning charge is actually $650.00. Deep cleaning was not done. Tech only did regular cleaning on indoor unit and made me think he cleaned outdoor unit which he did not touch. So Mercurio's is now trying to be paid $650.00 for regular cleaning of Fujitsu Mini Split Ductless One System Unit. The fact that they are letting Tech get away with lying to the customer and Mercurio's is proof they are willing to run a dishonest business at the expense of customer for not doing all of the work that was supposed to be performed and the City for taking advantage of $500.00 grant. They already sent invoice to city for $500.00 and now want to tell me the charge is $650.00. Isn't it interesting how grant was $500.00 and Mercurio's just happens to come up with a $500.00 invoice. BEYOND SCANDALOUS!!!!!

I had a guy come out and estimate the job. He said he had openings. I scheduled one of these openings with the scheduler. They never showed up. When I called to ask where they were and they said I never confirmed the appointment with them. When they call and tell you when they are going to be there why do I have to confirm since I told them I would be available in that timeframe.

Mercurios has been nothing but problems.we had a mini split system installed at our home. Horrible customer service and they give you the run around on the phone, the technicians are clueless as if yesterday they worked at 7-11 and today they are ripping apart your house doing sloppy work. I can tell it's one of those companies where someone is trying to get rich off a bunch of low life's and over charging for terrible workmanship and zero customer care after they get the money from you. Avoid this company at all costs, there are many many others out there that will give you better value and service for your home. I hope someone at management reads this, and you will and you don't care because you're probably golfing today or flying to Hawaii with your third wife while your employees destroy someone's home. Worst contractor I've ever dealt with in my entire life! Pigs!
