The boys from Merco to the rescue! After an all day fiasco of trying to get the toilet to flush, two different plumbers, several hours later, ( and a bit of a mess left behind, the management company tried again the next day. The next day, the worker that was sent out, couldn't even find our front door! Enough of this! Today the management co. sent the professions to the job. The guys arrived on time, were quick, efficient, and even cleaned up after the job! They had been here previously, a few years ago, and remembered and requested to be serenaded by my husband, who played harmonica tunes for them while they worked. In and out in just under two hours, and even took a moment to install on a new seat that we hadn't gotten around to switching out yet. These guys are the bestest in the West...if you have a plumbing problem these guys will have a solution!

HIGHLY recommend!

My water heater stopped working and I called them about it at 9:45pm. They came to my place by 9:30am the next morning and were super fast and professional troubleshooting it and fixing it.

Most impressive was that they had a hunch that the issue might be warranty related and instead of charging me for the entire issue, they said they would follow up with the manufacturer about the warranty issue and get back to me about what was due. The next day I got a message saying they got the manufacturer to cover the part and the only thing I owed was the service call cost. Wow!!!!! That was impressive!

Need I say more? I will trust all my work to them going forward.

My husband and I contacted MERCO plumbing for the inspection of our new home and entrusting their findings on the plumbing would solidify whether to purchase the home or not. When making the appointment they were professional, courteous and accommodating. We loved the fact they were punctual and stuck to the scheduled time. They provided an estimated cost was affordable and appropriate for the job which allowed us to proceed with the purchase of our home. Rarely call plumbers for anything but no choice when drano doesn't work.

Shower drain was clogged so called over the local plumber. Alvaro arrived in about 2hrs.

Friendly guy, told him the problem and he said he'd be done in less than an hour. I don't like to be overseen when im doing my work so I don't oversee others but I did notice he used the snake thing to unclog the drain.

About 45 mins later he was finished. Charged $80.

I was highly recommended to Merco plumbing by a very trusty source, I called them up to have a toilet replaced in my bathroom, we scheduled an appointment and they showed up on time (which is a huge deal in my books!)

They gave me advice (to go for a cheaper option) and a quote for the job, they returned the following day on time to replace the toilet, which was done perfectly.

The best part... I was given a follow up call to see if I was happy with the job!!

This company is fantastic, they are the only plumbers I will use from now on.
