Chris is an extremely ethical man. I called when my garbage disposal had stopped working. A couple of other places I called immediately recommended a $300+ replacement. But Chris walked me through all sorts of steps on how to repair it myself. He went so far as saying, I am 99% sure that I'm going to be in your house for 30 seconds. This is a really easy fix. After we hung up, he text messaged me pictures of the tool I needed and the exact procedures. I followed his directions, went to Lowe's, got the tools I needed, and voila!...fixed it myself. Chris just saved me $200! I will definitely keep him in mind for my more serious plumbing issues.

Chris is a man of integrity for sure. I was called chris yesterday mentioning that there was septic leaking into my basket. Instead of rushing over to price gouge me, he recommended that I call the township instead. I also had a leaking utility sink in basement so I hired Chris to repair. The next morning both Chris and the township were over to make full repairs. He comes highly recommended and I will be using him for all plumbing concerns moving forward.

I called on a weekend with a clogged drain. Mercer charged me more than $700 for about 20 minutes worth of work. He never mentioned that his rates would be insane on the weekends. I would have waited until Monday. My toilet was loose as well, so I asked him to use a new bracket I had lying around when he put the toilet back on. In the end he handed me the bracket and the bill, and said ""call a plumber to put the bracket on."" What a guy...he couldn't spend the extra five minutes to use the new bracket. Had he told me he was refusing to put the bracket on Id have told him to leave the toilet off so I could use it. Avoid this company like the plague.
