I bought a house in San Tan Valley. The house inspection report pointed out a vibration in the A/C unit.
The selling agent and seller, contacted Mercenary to correct the issue.
Mercenary Mechanical installed a ""balanced blade"".
No one other than Dave, the owner , touched the unit.
Now it vibrates AND makes an awful noise most likely caused by bad bearings.
I'm closing, he fixed nothing. He made things worse. He will not warranty his work. He wouldn't come out to see and hear it for himself.
He returned my call and told me it wasn't his problem.
Please, save yourself some money and aggravation. Get your A/C needs done by anyone other than Mercenary Mechanical.

In your reply, you apparently believe that because I wrote SOME negative reviews, that my review of Mercenary is not valid. That's about what I expected. Neither you or your husband seem to feel that you have any culpability.
My point has been, as pointed out to the handyman that called: YOUR HUSBAND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE NOISE ISSUE. It wasn't making noise previous to it being ""fixed"". Now, it's not only still vibrating, it's making a loud noise. It is not normal A/C noise.
Mercenary Mechanical does not warranty their work.
