Shawn, the owner is amazing! He has helped me several times in the past.... this time I called at 5 PM and he was here by 5:10.... needed parts at the closed warehouse.... got them and had me up and running by 9 AM. If you need A/C work call Merc!!

Absolutely FIRST CLASS Professional service! I have used Merc Air for over 15 years. Shawn is the owner and each time I called, he arrived at my door within hours. This past time when my AC unit shut down, I called him at 0800 and he was at my front door at 0830. He replaced the blower unit and the system was up and running by 1000. Shawn is honest, reliable and I highly recommend you call him for any of your AC issues. Thanks for all the GREAT work Shawn!!!
