He did a great job diagnosing and quickly repairing my submersible pump. He showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Many thanks

I usually only write Yelp reviews when service is really good or really bad. The service that Miguel provided was the former, really good.
I explained to Miguel the issue and remember Miguel confidently saying ""I can fix your problem"".
Miguel said before leaving that I should have called him 14 years earlier and he was right. All those years of living with a problem I shouldn't have had to deal with.
Don't hesitate to call Miguel. He's extremely professional, provided his service at a very reasonable price and is great at what he does.
I even paid him an extra $20 for lunch because I was so grateful for having my problem taken care of!

Miguel showed up at 8 AM sharp, scoped the sewer line, and started digging. Sewer service was only interrupted for maybe an hour around lunchtime. By 4 PM, it was all done. You can't even tell anything happened here today if you're walking or driving by. It went as well as I could have hoped.
I got 3 quotes before writing any checks. Other contractors tried to upsell me on more expensive work that doesn't seem necessary. No thanks, just fix the problem area and don't try to fix what ain't broke. Miguel agrees. Thumbs up from me.

My daughter bought her originally built house during the 60's located in the Seatac area about 2 years ago and needed the sewer line connected to the city sewer line replaced. And she was referred to Meraza's Sewer Services by an acquaintance. Since she had just given birth, she understandably does not have the time to see what is going on during the work process. So I volunteered to do that task. I myself had hired contractors previously. In doing so, I make it a point to chat with those who do the work and see for myself how it's is done in the hopes of learning from them. The main bulk of the job was performed by Martin T. who I found out has 22 years of experience in that line of work. I also found out that he and Miguel A., the owner of the business, used to work with the same company before Miguel decided to form his own company taking Martin with him. Martin handled the bulk of the job because I found out that he specializes in sewer line connections outside of the house while Miguel specializes in plumbing work inside the house. Chatting with Martin revealed that his main goal is to always please and satisfy each customer. And he demonstrated that by the way he did an impressive job which I observed he took great pride in. In fact, during the time of inspection the Midway Sewer District inspector commented that they did a clean job. What I found remarkable was the way they refilled the excavation sites with dirt whereby as if nothing happened! Finally, I only have praise for these guys and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Prompt timely service. Free estimates no pressure and the work was done on time and within budget. Would definitely use again. Great communication.

I cannot recommend Meraza's highly enough. Miguel was easy to communicate with, honest and straight forward in helping with our project. Miguel ran water lines to our DADU and installed drains and water lines within the structure. His team also installed a shower pan. I was really impressed by how clean their work was. While breaking up concrete and digging for the drain changes, they took extra care to keep the dirt piles contained and left the space cleaner than they found it. It is obvious that Miguel and his team take care in their work and have high standards of quality.
I'd hire Meraza's for future plumbing jobs in a second!

Miguel replaced all the galvanized water lines under our house during a remodel. He identified some other problem issues while there, and was promptly available to fix those for a reasonable charge. He does very neat work, and his customer service is top notch.

Friendly weekend emergency help during Snowmageddon . . . at a fair price!
I highly recommend Meraza's Sewer Services. Miguel Astudillo braved clogged and icy streets on a Sunday during Snowmageddon to check on our sewer pump which had stopped working (at the worst possible time, of course). He was able to put in a temporary solution that worked until I could order and have a replacement pump delivered from an online retailer on the East Coast (saving me hundreds), which took an extra week due to winter storms along the route. Miguel promptly came out with another workman after the pump arrived. Both were friendly, professional and efficient. Even though Miguel could have charged almost anything he wanted to help with my weekend emergency, in the end his overall labor fee was very reasonable. I was so pleased with Miguel's service, helpfulness, and integrity that I added a tip like I would for superior service in a restaurant.

Miguel did a great work. He is very honest, very reliable and very professional.
I had some slow drain issue and I asked another company to do the job firstly, after spent hundreds of dollars, the issue became even worse and my kitchen was totally clogged. The other company said I would need to pay even more to get kitchen pipe open.
Then I found Miguel. He came and did estimation for free. He had high confidence on his skill and guaranteed to make my kitchen pipe open. Also the quote is also very reasonable.
After about one hour work, he made it open. I am very satisfied with Miguel's work. Highly recommend!

Miguel came out on possibly the coldest, rainiest day ever where it wasn't actually raining, to run a camera up my sewer line. Later he and his helper completely fixed the line to my satisfaction, at a price that was less than what other quoted as well. And he was extremely nice. 100% would hire again and recommend to others.
Hiring plumbers is scary... you just assume you are going to be taken advantage of somehow. But I did not at all feel this way about Miguel. While the cost wasn't cheap, it was definitely fair, and was done quickly and very professionally.
