Miguel came out on possibly the coldest, rainiest day ever where it wasn't actually raining, to run a camera up my sewer line. Later he and his helper completely fixed the line to my satisfaction, at a price that was less than what other quoted as well. And he was extremely nice. 100% would hire again and recommend to others.

Hiring plumbers is scary... you just assume you are going to be taken advantage of somehow. But I did not at all feel this way about Miguel. While the cost wasn't cheap, it was definitely fair, and was done quickly and very professionally.

Miguel responded quickly to the initial request on Yelp, made time to come out quickly, and was pretty punctual - all great things. Although we couldn't repair the problem at the time because the sewer backup is likely due to some things out of our control, he was helpful in discussing future work that we might consider with the other neighbors on the combined line and how to deal with the problem. The scoping work he did do was fine and he let us know that none of our lines were clogged and needing clean-out, so he did a bit less work than expected and came in proportionally under the quoted price.

Great work. Very professional. We interviewed six sewer companies to fix an offset drain. Miguel reviewed the sewer video from the emergency sewer repair company and then did his own sewer scope. He located the sewer location and then made a detailed estimate.

Other sewer repair companies in Seattle didn't come look at the site or didn't even open the sewer cleanout to assess the situation.

Miguel communicated well and completed all work on time and on budget. You would never know he even did a repair! He is a true gentleman.

I emailed Miguel to help with a drain clog problem at my kitchen.
This is the second time I had this problem. Last time I got a big plumbing company to help.
The work was well done but the price was high. So I found Miguel through Yelp.

He came on time and did the inspection on the kitchen pipe line in the craw space first.
That's first time I saw a plumber check in the craw space first. After finding the line is ok, he snaked the kitchen line from a 2"" c/o located under the sink.
He found the problem was the grease and food in the line. After cleaning the drain clog, he tested the sinks and made sure everything was flowing good and there's no leaking.
By the end, he gave me very useful advice on how to avoid the drain clog in the future.

The final price was very reasonable. He was also very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process, not minding any questions I was asking. I will definitely use Miguel and his company for future service again.
