Our HVAC system was installed 2.5 years ago. We are in the process of selling our home and there was a home inspection that brought up several issues with the way the HVAC system was installed. I called up and politely asked MEP to review the home inspection report. I spoke with a woman named Tina. She told me it was cost $125 for them to come inspect their own work. I asked they review the report they refused. I asked that they review because it was possible the home inspector could be wrong and all I would need is a letter from MEP stating everything they installed was done to code. They refused.

Based on prior reviews and my own experience it seems that resolving issues for homes under warranty is MEP's lowest priority. We have a leak that was reported 1 months ago. Over 45,000 gallons of water have been leaking into our yard each month since we moved into our home in September. At this point, barely anything has been done. We get no follow up from anyone at MEP and have to call them constantly to find out when they'll take the next step to help resolve this for us. We've been stuck in the middle of a spat between 2 of their employees (1 who checked the yard to determine where the leak was and another who dug and said it wasn't where the other guy marked) who both apparently didn't feel they could possibly be wrong and felt it unnecessary to double check their work, because - obviously there's no way they could be wrong about it...and of course they were wrong. Now, because they refused check to confirm where the leak was, our entire yard is being ripped up....and they still can't find the leak. Don't count on MEP to care about your plumbing issue, to move quickly to fix it, to show up on time, to follow up with you, or to show any level of professionalism while dealing with your plumbing problems.

These people can't even handle a simple phone call from AHS. Called in for a service request 4 days ago, never heard from MEP.

Every technician I have dealt with has been pleasant, informative, and professional. That's where my positive experience with this company stops. They refuse to do warranty work, don't respond promptly to phone calls, and refused to provide me with a written invoice so that I could give it to my insurance company. Worse yet, I've been having AC issues for two years. They have sent out technicians four times all telling me the AC unit was functioning perfectly. Yet my AC completely died this this summer, surprise, and they blamed it on me. I have been without an AC for two months. When I called to ask for a timeline, they blew me off and said they would call me when they could help me. I would not recommend this company.

Refuses to return calls for HSA Home Warranty customers. HSA placed emergency calls for a hot water heater in my home, and the scheduler refused to send anyone until ""some time next week."" This company is disrespectful to customers and clearly does not want to do warranty work for HSA. If HSA tells you they are using this company, demand a different provider. I will amend this review if and when I receive recompense from the service manager who ""is out on the road.""

Do NOT use this company...even as a LAST RESORT!! They are slow to respond and they schedule appointments too far out, and even then they are liable to cancel. One of their technicians came to my house to fix a plumbing issue, but left it worse than he found it. When I called them to let them know, they were not able to reschedule me until days later.
