Used Mennillo plumbing several years ago and they were great. I recently bought another house that we found had a number of plumbing issues. They were prompt and fit us into their schedule and all the work was done expertly. We have had them back several times as we remodeled our bathroom discovering more antiquated plumbing issues in the process and always they worked within our busy schedule. I highly recommend them.

Disappointing . . . I recently used Mennillo Plumbing to run a water line for my refrigerator. While cutting the sheetrock to run the line, they cut a major electrical line. Their response to me was to find an electrician to fix it. I called and spoke to Bill the owner in an attempt to have him address the problem by either sending an electrician or adjusting what they charged me so I could find my own electrician to fix. He said it's not their problem. It must be great to make a mistake, cause damage and just say not my problem. I have cut sheet rock many times and never had an issue with electrical wires. A decent plumber should be able to handle this without cutting wires. The cost to fix the electrical line was almost as much as the plumbing charge. In addition, even though I told them what the plumbing job was in advance, the plumber didn't have the basic parts when he arrived to complete the job. Then they had the audacity to charge me for the plumber's time to run to Home Depot and purchase the parts. Extremely disappointing and not fair. . .

Mennillo plumbing is fantastic. I hired them to set a tub and reroute a drain line. While they were there, the shower valve had to be moved to accommodate the new tub. Bill was great to deal with and was able to fit the job in quickly. The mechanic he sent out (Sean) wasted no time getting the job done. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and made sure everything was perfect before he left including cleaning the job site and removing all the garbage. I would highly recommend them for any job no matter the size or complexity.

They ""Repaired"" faucet but only guarantee if I purchased a higher end product. I went with the homedepot item I had purchased prior and worked for 15 years. A month and 1/2 later it broke again. I called them they said it was not guaranteed. If they replaced it with the ""inferior product"" it still should last longer than a month and a half. I guess they are for people with higher budgets.

I had a leak at my house on a Saturday day afternoon which made me shut all the water off in my house. Called Bill Mennillo and had Chris over in less than 30 minutes. He was very responsible and efficient. He fixed my leak in 20 minutes. Considering it was an emergency call on a Saturday I felt their charges were easily worth the service they gave me.
They will be my first call if I need them again- thanks guys!

Would recommend to anybody, owner came out on a Sunday morning at no extra charge to help me with a sewer pipe issue. He was very nice and didn't seem like someone who wanted to rip me off, he even correctly told me to contact the town regarding the issue since the clog was right next to the street. I appreciated this honesty vs instead just charging me to fix it himself. Quality local business that I recommend to anyone else with a sudden plumbing issue.
