extremely rude over the phone, after a very prickly question and answer round, i was asked ""where are you from?"" I know this can be a contentious point with locals, but i was very surprised when i told the lady where i was from she said she couldn't help me and hung up. I was truly very polite during the conversation and was just left baffled.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I had scheduled an appointment for them for this morning (Monday 10am). I called at 730 to cancel because my son is sick and I have to take him to the Dr. When the woman who answered the phone said ""so you want to cancel"" I said yes and apologized for the late notice. Her response ""yea, whatever"" and hung up! So rude and 100% not necessary. Side note, they charge $150 per hour just to come give you a quote! I was willing to pay because we need the work done, but are you kidding me?! For a quote?

Horrible service they were supposed to install a garbage disposal at my moms house but never showed. Also when my mother called they never returned her call. Will not recommend.

I called Debbie and she had a plumber Leonard at my home within 30 minutes !Leonard was very kind,friendly and competent. He diagnosed the problem with our toilet and scheduled a follow visit. Debbie was so friendly and welcoming when I called her back to reconfirm the follow up visit,I felt so comfortable with them/- Great people to work with,competent and full of Aloha-Thank you very much-.
