He was kind, informative, and most importantly inspected everything. He explained everything in layman's terms. That's also a huge plus! He gave us three estimates, and gave us useful information.

I noticed water leaking in the base of my toilet. I decided to replace the toilet. They quoted me a good price for the work. After removing the old toilet, it uncovered the underlying cause. The flange was installed incorrectly and the drain did not have cement around it. The cement that was there was wet. They advised me on the fix and quoted me a good price for all the work.

Everyone wore masks.

It was lack of effort. He brought a handheld to try to clean out my main line. Ran the camera then the snake and said he couldn't get through but he could hydrojet it for $600. Again, lack of effort, think he was afraid to get his shirt dirty. Another company brings a real snake and a mentality of helping and within 30 minutes it was done. I would have actually had the hydrojet done if he had tried a bit harder but when he gave up, I gave up on him.

Service technician arrived quickly and wearing a mask and gloves. Clearly explained the problem and likely cause. Also provided possible advanced explanation of issues that may pop up if the first diagnosis and solution did not solve the problem.

The problem (backing up toilette and slow drain) was resolved with the first diagnosis and solution (toilette auger/snake). Advanced diagnosis was wax seal needing to be replaced.

I have an update on my faucet. Somehow my hot water becomes smaller and smaller and I called Marco to do a recheck. He responded immediately and fixed it the very next day! Turns out there are some air in the hot water tube but everything is good now! They do keep their warranty and don't hesitate to reach out! Thumps up!

Requested a quote last night (Sunday 2/21 around 5pm) and received a message from Mendoza Rooter within a half hour. Said they could be here within the hour but asked for a 9am appointment today (2/22). no call and no show. I sent a message around 10:32am and I have yet to receive a response. it is 3:35pm 2/22.
