Second time using Mendoza rooter service and still provided the prompt service as before. I had other work being done and Mendoza showed up and worked with the contractor to collaborate and finish that portion of the job. Great work again and will call them back soon

Requested a quote last night (Sunday 2/21 around 5pm) and received a message from Mendoza Rooter within a half hour. Said they could be here within the hour but asked for a 9am appointment today (2/22). no call and no show. I sent a message around 10:32am and I have yet to receive a response. it is 3:35pm 2/22.

I have four group homes and is having the hardest time finding a good, fair priced Plummer.

He was Supposed to send a plumber to Hydro jet. He said at 6o'clock that he was OK would have some work for tomorrow. For me to send him the address. At 7:30 he told me he's unavailable. When I was trying to discuss pricing with him. I DO NOT KNOW THE QUALITY OF WORK, but I do know I do question whether he has openings. He says unavailable now .

Our water heater was not working for a few days, and over the weekend, on Sunday we had zero hot water. We didn't know what to do. We put out a general request for quotes on Yelp and Marco responded within the hour. On top of that, he was able to do a house call that same day, at no charge, again within the hour. Marco showed up promptly, did an assessment, and determined that our water heater had died (it was at least 9+ years old; was in the house when we bought it). Marco and his team were able to return at 8:30am the next morning to haul away the old tank and install the new water heater. They were done by 12:30pm. We had our problem resolved in less than 24 hours. And at a reasonable price. He could have charged a premium because it was a Sunday, but he didn't. We were very pleased with their responsiveness, their quick work, and the fair pricing. I would definitely recommend them to any friends or family who have water heater problems in the future.

These guys came out to trouble shoot my clogged toilet, the response was fast but they wanted to make a small job into a big one, I paid them for nothing another plumber came the next day and unclogged the toilet and replaced the flange an wax seal for much cheaper.

These guys came out on a Sunday, same day call for an estimate! I thought all I needed was a descale of my electric water heater and turns out the job is much bigger than I initially thought. They gave me a price on the spot and even offered to start same day! If I do decide to do this big job I will call them back! Thank you!
