Our dishwasher leaked water and my counters next to the dishwasher were flooded. We weren't able to use it. We contacted Mendoza Handyman and he was able to come even on the same day (it was a long weekend) .
He was on time, followed all the COVID protocols.

I had a leak in my crawl space from one of the bathrooms and it was fixed by Mendoza.

I asked for a quote and they came out to give a free estimate. Other places are trying to charge $80+ for an estimate. There was only one review but took a chance because he came out same day and provided the estimate for free. So really if I didn't like him or the price I could say no without any obligations.

Followed proper covid protocol which was great and went straight to the issue. He had his suit for the crawl space but also put a blanket outside so he wouldn't dirty the room. He did not BS around saying stuff like it's going to be complicated or hard to access etc. straight to the point. Told me where it was leaking, what caused it, showed me the video, and then provided the estimate. There were no upsells, no pressure in booking, or guilt trips.

In the end I decided to hire. He sent me a text 30 min prior to arrival and was on time(for the estimate and repair). I appreciate the fact that he values my time.

Mendoza completed the job and took another video under the crawl space to make sure it wasn't leaking. Said the job would take around 2-3 hours and he finished just under two hours.

Prices were fair and within my expectations (on the lower end of the spectrum). Speaks both Spanish and English. Needless to say, Mendoza will be my go to guy from now on.

2 gentlemen reaches out and gave me a quote for a toilet that was backing into our tub. Upstairs neighbors flushed something and we were getting drano, poop and laundry water in our tub. These guys are busy. Not just in relation to what I had them do. They are very skilled, and very helpful. I had them replace a tub, pulling
Out an old cast iron and placing it with something more modern they replaced the walls around. When pulling out the tub they found some issues with the studs surrounding it. They helped me replace it, at no extra costs. They're quick, affordable, reliable, and I know if issues arrive, they will be there to take care of it. Thank you!

Called this company and they came out right away was very responsive.

I had 2 faucets that needed to be replaced.

1- in the kitchen and 1- in my 2nd bedroom


We purchase both faucets and Valentin installed it. Very please with the service and especially the follow up.. They even offered a hand to help me with some pictures hanging which is outside their normal repairs and that was very thoughtful.

I would definitely used them again.
