Late post: Last month, the toilet at my mom's was draining slow as was the sink and bathtub. Alejandro responded quickly the day I called and snaked out all 3, but then decided to check the clean out pipe to make sure everything was draining properly. He discovered a hole in the original pipe and expressed concern that the pipe from the bathroom might also have a crack. He returned another day after I agreed with him that we needed to get the pipe fixed.

Alejandro went into the crawl space under the house and took a video of the cracked/leaking pipe. He then explained to me the work that needed to be done and promised to get it done that afternoon. We let him do his work and he was able to finish in a couple of hours. He was very meticulous and kept everything neat & clean. He was also very communicative and responsive; always answering texts if I had questions. Nice guy too!

I would definitely recommend and would hire again!

I can't say enough about how well Alejandro has done the job. He deserved a perfect score. I called on Saturday for help to replace my old three-holes kitchen faucet to single handle faucet. Alejandro provided a reasonable price so I asked him to come over. The one I bought from Amazon did not match my sink hole setup. So we had to go to closest Home Depot to get a sink hole cover and soft dispenser. But since the faucet I bought is in matte black, we were not able to find the same color sink hole cover and soap dispenser to match. Instead of leaving the job as it is like many other plumbers, he suggested returning the Amazon one and buying a different color one from Home Depot so we can do the job today. You know what? It turned out this is the right decision. We love the faucet so far.

You might think installing a new kitchen faucet is what any plumber can do. But there is difference between mediocre and excellent job. Excellent job is not just installing the faucet but also going extra mile. And Alejandro is one of those excel in what he is doing. The soap dispenser which comes with original Moen faucet does not fit underneath the sink because we have food smasher machine in the near position underneath the sink. so we can't put in the original soap dispenser bottle. Again if it's for other plumbers, they would just leave the job as it is. But Alejandro found a smart and awesome solution that he re-used a long hose from my old faucet and connected it to Costco dish soap bottle. Yes there's some adjustment he had to make. And now not only I have a working soap dispenser but also it doesn't require me to refill it frequently. Instead I can just directly plug in the Costco dish soap bottle. How convenient is that!

If you are looking for a plumber/handyman, look no where else. Alejandro is the one!

Very reliable, honest, friendly and resourceful. Installed a new range hood in the kitchen. It was complicated as the existing cabinet base didn't allow the new range hood to be hooked up properly. This had to be fixed within 24 hours on a Sunday evening. Well, I now have it installed!!!
