They charged me 1900 dollars for a new
water heater in Feb 2022 and it went out in Aug 2023. They said only the parts were under warranty and she literally laughed. After being charged 1900 the first time all of us knowing water heaters themselves aren't that much I said no thanks. Water heaters at lowes are 600 .... Stay far away from this scam company.

My experience was one of the best I've ever had with a plumbing business. I own a rental in Kong's county and we had a major leak in the bathroom. I called 3 different plumbers and no one was willing to come out until the next day since it was int he evenings I got a hold of the secretary and she was able to get a plumber out within an hour. Not only did the plumber fix my leak that evening he was able to restore our water. The prices were reasonable due to it being after hours and an emergency. I highly recommend this company!

Called them last week for an estimate on a simple yet profitable job and they keep pushing my estimate off for later dates and times so apparently they don't care too much to gain a customer or maintain a satisfied customer base. And I have actually done work for these folks years back when their son still worked for them. He asked if I could help him out a few times. They probably don't remember me but if they treat potential customers this way (not keeping appointment times and no communication skills) then I think it would be a wise choice to go ahead have plumbers from out of town come out and give an estimate and then research them to decide which one is going to do the best job for the $. I don't want to support a business that treats their customers as if they don't need them.

These guys are always fast and give a great example of a family owned business. Couldn't ask for better business to come out and do our plumbing needs. In one week we had to have a water valve replaced then sewer line cleaned out. The are fast and convenient. I highly recommend using them for any plumbing needs.

These guys came in and took care of our problem quickly and professionally. We live in an older home and had problems with our plumbing backing up pretty consistently. Mendes Plumbing gave us an estimate below expected. They had to break up some of our concrete to get to the problem and dig a trench from our house to the street. They replaced all of the sewer line (which wasn't at the correct slope)and upgraded our old flimsy water line too. The job was done in a matter of hours and perfectly cleaned up. Who knew I would be so happy over a plumbing job, they made it look easy!
