First off my technician was very polite and knowledgeable. I chose not to use the company mainly due to cost. They quoted me 800 higher than my lowest quote. I also did not hire the company with the lowest quote for other reasons. I took a star off because they could not give me a 2 hour window for arrival like other companies. I had to choose a day and wait for updates. They did say I could leave if needed and they would work around it but waiting without an general time frame is not something I would want to do again. I also took a star off for being highest price point. They were replacing pipes that others were not but still 800 is a huge disparity. My tech called his manager to see if they could discount the service and the discount was fairly minimal so we went with an alternative.

Home AC went out mid July. Mendel was out same day, narrowed the issue down to a bad circuit breaker and replaced it. I was back up in less than hour. I have worked with Mendel for some time now and have never been disappointed. I have also recommended them on several occasion with no concerns that they will fix the REAL problem.
