Professional, hard-working, calls/shows up on time, polite, friendly and respectful and extremely reasonable. What's not to like? I have luckily just found the plumber who will get every job that comes up and I will heartily recommend to friends from now on. With short notice he stepped in to repair a burst pipe and saved us a big headache and ever increasingly tight time and money.

I'm not one to post reviews but after the excellent service I received today I felt compelled to do so. For starters, Alan actually returned my call which unfortunately is more than I can say for the majority of plumbers I left messages for. Second, they showed up when they said they would and their prices were very reasonable. Lastly, they not only addressed the issues I was looking to have addressed but they went above and beyond by providing information throughout the process that will save me money and time going forward. I highly recommended them and would hire them again without hesitation.

We had a sink that was clogged beyond our capabilities. The Menard Alan plumbers were able to come next day. They gave us a window between 2-4 and called us at 1:00 to see if we were home. Plumbers that show up early?? That's amazing! After a quick scan around the pipes in the house, they had our sink up and running within 20-30 minutes, including installing shiny, new strainer/stoppers for our sink! They're prices were very reasonable and they were both very friendly! I could not give them a high enough recommendation for their stellar service!

Great Plumber Eric did a great job unclogging my tub drain and installing a new shower head. Very reasonable pricing and very polite. I would reccommend anyone needing a plumber try these guys
