Absolutely amazing service! We have called Mena Plumbing twice- once to install a toilet and once to replace a garbage disposal. Both times the service provided was exceptional, professional and beyond our expectations! They arrived on time, completed the repair/install quickly AND cleaned up the work area. In fact, they left it cleaner than they found it! Can not recommend Mena Plumbing highly enough!!

Never Again! Mr. Mena did not fix any of the problems that I initially asked to be fixed. Instead, he only put a band-aid on the two issues and charged me $100's. He kept telling me that he brought the new toilet and instead of replacing it; he charged me hundreds for just unclogging my old broken toilet and replacing some facet handles. Also, he is more concerned with who is going to pay him, having asked me multiple times whose going to pay him than focusing on the job at hand.

Just no. Came out to my home 3 times to nickle and dime me. I called someone else. They found and fixed the problem the first time.

I called yesterday morning for recommendations on how to treat a frozen pipe. They provided advice and came out promptly in the afternoon when I called after the pipe thawed. They tested for leaks and found none (I feel lucky). I asked them to do some water heater maintenance which was needed. All was done promptly, professionally, and at a very reasonable cost. I have worked with contractors all my life and this company has earned my confidence. I will use them again when the need arises.
