*Seems like Mauricio has a history of taking client advancement and then no show with his half finished work. Cant get the facts right and he thought I was the customer he worked in November. Indeed very true about his work ethic and you will see his true color when you allowed him to start the work and he will leave it half finished then lost contact whatsoever.*

Mauricio, god has equipped you years of experience but may god also provide you work-ethic and wisdom to manifest your skillset. A couple renovation experts evaluated the existing work and deemed that the work was a bit subpar and can cause potential construct instability. You must be in a difficult time with your life and your family as we halt and delay our work 3 days and waited overall 12 hours for you to return on your half started work before we consult others to resolve the debacle due to lost of commitment and credibility. We hope the advancement provided will be able to help with your family matter and we will perceive such incident as an intellectual experience. May god provide the best to your family in such difficult time. You're forgiven and please feel free to share your side of the story as a respond here if you will. After all, its just our humble opinion and experience for this episode that can be contemplated by others.

This review is from pure frustration with these guys. They were sent from Serviz to help us replace our cooktop. At first, they made a great impresssion. Mauricio got us a new cooktop and said he couldn't locate the downdraft vent so gave us the model number and asked us to order it. We did that and called him to confirm that the vent was delivered. He measured everything prior to starting work and even cut into our countertop to make room for the vent and cooktop. He came last night at 9 PM to install both. Finishes and sends me a picture of just the cooktop. I text him back asking about the vent and today morning he replied back saying there wasn't enough space for the vent. It's been 7 hours since then and I have been trying to reach these guys but no response. I would NOT RECOMMEND. BAD BUSINESS ETHICS. BUYER BEWARE!

I called Mauricio and Peter to repair an ignitor in our GE oven after it failed. Peter arrived late Saturday afternoon, talked me through the repair, and we talked about the differences in price and availability of the replacement part. He returned with the part as promised and completed the repair. Peter wore a mask as requested and made sure our house was left clean. I highly recommend using Mena Installations for any of your appliance needs! We will be calling them without hesitation.

They were able to come out the same day, guaranteed their work, were honest and clearly knew what they were doing. Had Pedro out to do work on ice Machine through Servize Services, Came out found a bad wire on Ice maker reason for ice maker not making ice said he repaired it and we should be getting ice now, well 3 days later no Ice! and still trying to get this resolved through Servize Services but they can not get a hold of the Tech that came out which I find out was subcontracted to Mena Installations. Will never go with them again I guess you get what you pay for, wait till they get a charge back on card then they will think about getting it done right and honoring warranty in a timely manner, They took my money quick but any return work or follow up is an act of GOD!, do not use these people for anything!

Mauricio and Peter showed up the next day after I reached out (on Labor Day). They were both professional, courteous, and worked until they figured out the problems with my refrigerator. We actually had two problems. The ice maker was not making ice and the freezer was frosting up. They fixed the two problems. Their price was reasonable and we are happy. I highly recommend them and will call them back in the future.

Mauricio and Pedro came out the next day and completed everything very efficiently. I recommend this company if you need anything done in your home and with a great price .
