Called and spoke with Mel on Tuesday morning about a leak in a shower pipe. He told me he had a spot in his schedule for 3:00 that afternoon. I accepted the appointment and asked him to call me when he was on his way so I could meet him at the property. He confirmed he would. Never got a call that day, haven't heard from him since. Can't follow up on an appointment scheduled that morning, can't communicate what happened with said appointment. Just ghosts. I have a few rental properties in town. Had Mel shown up and done good work for a fair price on this project, I'd likely have additional work for him in the future. There is now zero chance of him getting any work from me. Ridiculous customer service.

We had a serious problem with our plumbing. I called Mel's Plumbing, we had Shawn come out. I can't say enough about how awesome he was. This business as a whole has my backing at 200% plus. If you ever need help with your plumbing this is the company to call. He came out Friday evening and back on Saturday morning. Their prices are awesome. They are very determined and will get your problem fixed!!

I was in urgent need for a plumber at 5:30PM on a rainy Sunday evening, I called 3 other plumbers who all said they were busy and wouldn't be able to get to me for days. With a gushing main line below the shutoff, I needed someone now. A friended referred me to Sean at Mel's Plumbing. Sean came out and got the situation fixed all for a reasonable amount. I highly recommend!

My tenant called me on a saturday afternoon when I was out of town. I called a few people recommended by friends but no one answered the phone. I went to YELP and found Mei's Plumbing. He had a great rating. I called and Mel answered. Good sign... I told him the situation and he was at the house in 45 minutes. He called me back, told me he had to order the part but the water heater was still under warranty so the part would be free, the only charge would be shipping and his labor. Three days later the part arrives, Mel installs it and sends me a very reasonable bill. Excellent work !!! Thanks Mel

In January our main sewer line going out to the street got plugged up and we needed someone to come and root it out as soon as possible. The problem was, it was on a Sunday afternoon. I've used them before and knew they would take care of it, but to my amazement, within only 30 to 40 minutes of making the call, Sean from Mel's Plumbing arrived to save the day. He not only cleared the main drain, but used a smaller line to snake our slow draining bathtub while he was here. Not only is their service great, but the price was much lower than other places I had called before. I highly recommend them! Thanks Sean!
