I was able to schedule a visit the following day. Francisco was flexible and helpful. He also researched the heater model to see if I can heat the pipes prior to using the tap.

Update: In total with this plumber and the other one I had to hire to fix the problem I'm out over $500. Way to expensive experience :(.
the base of the new faucet was not sealed so it was leaking. The plumber that came to fix the faucet that was not properly installed.Won't be using ever. Called in December because My sink was leaking .When plumber checked I was told leak was due to sink strainer I had called because it was leaking and there was water under sink and I told that to the plumber when I called him. He inspected and he said it was due to strainer. So we changed it .Fine we changed it (cost about $160) I thought it was ok price even though it was such a small part but I thought at least my sink will stop leaking. I was wrong I had to call back again in late February because our sink was leaking again. Our faucet was super rusted I'm Not sure as to why the plumber if he did an inspection the first time didn't realize that the leak was due to the rusty faucet and not the strainer. I had purchased the the faucet and when the plumber installed he did not mention any concerns with the new faucet and he installed it. He also played with a small clip that was attached to the faucet saying he didn't know that when you Unlatch it the small hose comes off and water spills to the cabinet below. Not only did he play with it 2 times with water in the sink it wet under the sink he laughed the second time. I was shocked on how unprofessional that was. Now after a month or so I noticed water under the sink. I didn't think I had to keep checking every day especially after a plumber installed the faucet. I guess I had to because if water falls at the base of new faucet it leaks below.doesn't seem that it was installed correct. Now I'm out of money and still have leaky sink. I had purchased easy install kit. He did offer to return to reinstall but it's true what they say: fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. The 3rd time is not an option. I'm out over $300 and still have a leaking sink.:

Update 4/5/2020:
Francisco had come to my rescue again!! Especially during this COVID-19 crisis, it's incredibly difficult to find a reliable plumber who is available the same day. A pipe leak sprang from one of the houses occupied by one of my tenants, so the tenant asked me to help attend to it ASAP. I called upon Francisco and he said he'd make it out to that house as soon as he could (same day). THANK YOU AGAIN, Francisco!!! The leak was coming from the main water line feet below the surface in the front yard. The breakage point took hours to access since it was so deep! Overall, Francisco tirelessly worked for 7-8 hours that day to first diagnose the issue and then he worked relentlessly to try and resolve the issue. He had to come back the next day to finish the rest of the pipe repair since it was a difficult job, and then again on another day to refill the hole in ground with soil. Francisco kept me updated through every step of the evaluation and repair process with photos, updates, and a full report. His costs are very reasonable and he does a fantastic job. I feel grateful to have found such an honest, hardworking, and capable plumbing contractor! Thank you again so much!!! Five stars all the way!!

Francisco was sooo quick to resolve a bathroom issue at our investment property in Ontario. The tenant notified me about a severe clog and major sewage back up in the master bathroom toilet. The toilet required removal in order for Francisco to access the clog site. Upon clearance, the toilet was replaced and caulked properly. Thankful that Francisco resolved the issue so quickly, within hours after I had placed the call!! Will definitely use Melody's Plumbing again in the future!! Highly recommend their services!!

Melody Plumbing did a excellent replacement of our water tank. I have total of 3 quote from different plumbers. Melody Plumbing come out top not only the price is fair. He also put in a relieve tank so the water pressure in the water tank stay constant. We have a water pump that is connected to the drain plug pipe. He reroute the pipe to the correct pipe. Now we have instant hot water in every single bathroom instead of waiting for hot water to come. Melody Plumbing is the best.

Three days before Xmas my tankless water heater started to leak. I literally called 40 different plumbers asking for quotes, availability, etc., tracking everyone's response in a spreadsheet. Melody plumbing came out on top. They also saw me same day when I called back. (2 days before Xmas) and removed and replaced the unit. They worked late into the night to get the job done. I couldn't recommend these guys enough, thank you!

I called 4 other plumbers before getting to melody plumbing and he was the only one who could come out same day to solve our broken water valve under our kitchen sink. Not only did he get here same day but he was here within 2 hours of me calling!
Gave us a fair price and fixed the problem. As well as even giving us some free advice on some other plumbing issues we have. Highly recommend and would definitely use again!

My tankless water heater sprung a leak early in the morning. I contacted several plumbers and had three come look. The first two recommended replacing the unit and were quoting more than $2000. When Melody Plumbing called he asked me to see if the water heater was under warranty. I called the manufacturer and found out it was under warranty. He arrived around the time I got off the phone. He not only took the water heater off the wall for me but he also gave me directions to the local distributor to exchange it. I picked it up and he installed the new one. Melody Plumbing is amazing and completely saved the day for me.

I had issues with my water heater for a few days. Could not get a consistent heat with sinks or showers for a few days and finally had to suffer a couple days with cold showers. They followed up on a missed call originally because I wanted an estimate. Fortunately, they had time to come by same day to assess problem. Francisco came by and checked the tank unit. He was real thorough with assessment and was honest throughout inspection. I originally called a few places from Yelp to come in a inspect but they already threw numbers at me before an assessment. Francisco was honest and thorough throughout estimate and really gave honest opinion with the unit. He was able to help me replace unit that was under warranty. Came by at 7:30 and left at 8:30 with a satisfied customer. My daughter and wife can have a nice warm bath and shower. Francisco was a wonderful serviceman.

This past weekend I found myself in need of replacing my water heater. I wound up having Francisco come out. Based on his no pressure approach along with feedback from a friend who had previously used his services, I had him replace my water heater. He did a great job and definitely takes pride in his work. I'll definitely call him for future plumbing needs!
