The worst company to use , very rude , price gauging company . It was one price at first and then they made up a story to justify the 50$ increase in price . They also took the gauge off our house that you are able to return for a 35$ credit after you pass inspection by the city. Soon as I passed they took the gauge so I can't get $35 refund. Michelle the "owner" had the worst attitude , combative and wouldn't take responsibility for her plumbers when told they took the gauge off , keep in mind her secretary already confirmed the plumbers took it off . Now she threatens to remove meter from home if I don't pay for the gauge they removed from property to force clients to pay for it .

Horrible customer service to start with. As soon as the plumber pulled up to our business he had an attitude problem and hollering about the owner of the building paying for the pump for our unloading dock was tired of paying 400 dollars a day in rental fees. Poor attitude and I was caught completely off guard by his attitude. I will not use this company or recommend them to anyone.

Completely disrespectful.

My renters called me on Saturday evening to inform me of a broken pipe, so I called Mello Plumbing, fully aware that I would have to pay a steep after hours fee ($196/hr). I knew what the issue was and where it was, but was not able to make the repair myself. I had a broken pipe under my pier and beam home. I was told that they would not come out that evening because they would not be able to see anything. I was ok with that. They came out the next morning, was there no more than 5 minutes and said he would come back that day or the following day because his helper was out of town and he wasn't going under the house by himself.

Move on to the next day (which was when I was told they would come back out) and I haven't heard anything and my renters are still without water. I was told "We aren't going to be able to send anyone out there because there were jobs that were called in over the weekend that our repair guy was not aware of." I replied with "I was one of those jobs and was promised a repair to be made today." and they told me "We can come out to make the repair this evening, but we will have to charge the after hours fee ($196/hr)." I told them that I shouldn't have to pay that fee when we were promised to have the repair and it's their fault they didn't come back out." I was then put on the phone with the owner "Mr. Mello" who told me that they would not be able to come out because there were "100 other jobs ahead of mine." to which I replied "that's unacceptable and bad business on your end". I was greeted with a "click" and hung up on. I called back and asked why he hung up on me and I was told "because I'm not going to have you call me and eat my ass when I have 100 jobs ahead of you. As a matter of fact, come down here and I will give some to you."

I wouldn't recommend his business to anyone and if you do proceed to use him, I sincerely hope you have a much better experience than I did.

Our hot water heater started leaking late in the afternoon and Mello Plumbing arrived with a new hot water heater shortly after receiving the phone call. They were eager to help and their work ethic speaks volumes. They are fair priced and informed me how to operate the NG water heater and did not just hand me the instructions and say here you go like most would do. I will call Mello Plumbing for any other plumbing needs without a doubt.
